This Jersey Mike’s has Awesome customer service! The staff & the management make you feel welcomed. As if being part of the crew…. I’ve never had long of wait at this location. The parking can be a challenge but, the level of customer service is worth that challenge. Also, I have ordered online for my larger orders and never once did I have to wait long to pickup up my larger box of sandwiches. The orders were always correct & had the condiments, utensils ready before I can ask. Always great food & service here!

I ordered a sandwich without tomatoes, but it still came with them. I pointed it out, the employee Olivia seemed visibly annoyed and just removed the tomatoes in the back (thinking I wouldnt notice) instead of remaking the sandwich. That might not seem like a big deal, but what if someone had an allergy? The attitude and lack of care were really off-putting. Horrible service.

This was a weird experience. Showed up at lunchtime and there wasn’t any greeting. I repeatedly asked for no mayo (even as the guy was about to put it on) and they just didn’t pay attention. One of the guys was working on the soda machine (during what should be a peak time for them) and the soda came out in the wrong mix. I won’t be going back, hopefully they read this and figure out some of these fixable things. The food was good though.

Clean, great service from the entire crew. Came in on the hottest day of the year. 125 outside, surface of the sun hot!. A cold sub, #13 Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread was the right call. Cold Agave Vanilla Cream Soda to wash it down.
The manager was going above and beyond to keep the location cool under intense heat conditions.

The experience of purchasing my sandwich was poorly. I ask for a #8 no ham extra turkey and the young lady says “can’t substitute extra meat” where does it said that ? A cooperation should be able to do substitute for meat /cheese and extra veggies. So that was truly unacceptable. I hate the poor service I got after. Wouldn’t want to come back

At 10:50am tell us they can not help us with the fact that we ordered a kids menu sandwich that comes with a cookie and drink. Hands us the cup to fill our drink and once that is done we see their are no lids . Tell the employees and the lady tells us sorry we don’t have any. So we leave with a open cup fountain drink . I find that very unprofessional, I would of offered a cup even if it was bigger to pour my drink in it so I could have it with a lid . Not fill the big cup just use that cup so I had a lid for my kids drink.

when I go to this location I usually never have a problem, as soon as I walked in the staff was talking to one another without even acknowledging my party was even there, One of the young girls in there literally took five minutes to put on her gloves before making our sandwiches. The employees screwed up part of our order so badly that the customers behind me left. Nothing about the visit was ok. Ordered large drinks, got handed mediums. At least I wasn’t charged for the large. To top off everything, the dining area was a complete mess. If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean. There were no customers when my group and I walked in. It would have been understandable if it was the middle of lunch rush. Bottom line is they were well staffed, quantity wise.. There was no excuse for this business to behave like sloths and not even pay attention to our food order.

My wife brought home my #6 giant. It barley had roast beef on it. It’s like they used the mini size and just spread the meat around to cover the bread. Very disappointed at this location. I have never experienced this at the La Verne store, or maybe it’s something new they are doing
