I asked for rosemary parm bread, they told they didn’t have any so I had to get wheat instead. I asked if they’d have more bread tomorrow and she said they have it now it just takes a few minutes to bake. If that was the case why did’t she tell me that earlier?? I would’ve preferred to wait rather than get a lackluster sandwich.

Does Jersey Mike’s offers great sandwiches prices are a little extreme even with all the inflation. I feel like Jersey Mike’s put tariffs on all their subways. A giant is $20 now crazy crazy crazy if it wasn’t for the prices, I’d come more often, but I probably only come here like twice a year. The parking is very limited. City Of Industry is always jampacked with traffic. Colima Boulevard is terrible. It’s in a very hidden spot even then they’re still very busy on the weekends.

Very clean but the service that I received from the guy seemed very poor quality, not a very happy camper which made the whole atmosphere a dull visit! He got mustard all over my sandwich & when he cut it, it completely fell apart & he didn’t bother to wipe it or make a new one! The tomato & lettuce & bread completely fell apart! I even made a sigh & said “Ohhh Nooo! But he smashed it together & wrapped it! The other Rigo would’ve made me a new sandwich! No doubt!

I had the best experience with the nicest employee working @ Jersey Mike’s! I wish I would’ve got her name but she was very polite & patient with my orders! City of Industry is where I went & I’ll continue going to this location because of her! ☺️

I go to jersey mikes locations often and this one in particular do not know how to cook or toast when requested. All I received was a cold sandwich, attitude and employees trying to get their order out asap without giving effort

Went to order & the employee went from cleaning the bathroom to making the subs without washing his hands. Won’t be going back to this location.
