The sandwiches are great. But the two girls working there were so rude yesterday. I don’t know their names because they didn’t have name badges on. I telling one girl what kind of meats I wanted I said salami and cappacuola ( sorry, if I missed spelled it) she said ” yeah what about it?) While looking down at her finger nails. I had to repeat it again and loudly. The next girl who helped us was even more rude. I asked her three times if she put the pepperoncini’s on the side. Not one time did she look up at me and answer. The third time I asked her if she put them on the side she looked at up and said rudely, ” they aren’t in the sandwiche” I told her that’s not what I asked. Then she said rudely ” once I finish these sándwiches I will give them to you” she could have said nicely” oh no I haven’t yet, but let me go ahead and get them for you” I asked about one of the sándwiches that was made, asked it if was turkey, she grabbed the sándwiche from the country ( I didn’t even touch it) and she tossed it on the back country and told me ” that’s not your sándwich don’t worry about it” Both of those young ladies didn’t even smile once especially the one who was helping us the most. They didn’t great us the whole time. I don’t mind if they don’t because sometimes customer service workers are busy, but don’t if when you start helping a customer at least say hi and smile. These girls did none of that. Once I told my mother that these girls are really rude when we walked out they told us to have a nice day. We went in their with good attitude only to be treated like she didn’t want to serve us. They both acted like they didn’t want to be there.

Went there at 8:22 6/19.it was closed .Why ? no reason to be closed . I get it’s slow but I hate that I did the drive . ended up going to Subway . Also when I called I called the guy that was there said oh cus we close early this day .. really no u don’t . Don’t know if this was allowed or not ..but you can see clear as day in the picture it was still pretty early .. they close at 9 by the way . If that’s what it says u should still be open regardless . The people there obviously don’t wanna work .. Stop hiring these youngsters that don’t wanna work .

Usually this location is ok. This time around the employees were rude. Didn’t get my order correct. 2 of the exact same cali club and both sandwiches were incorrect. Pretty disappointing whe you spend $40 on lunch and they don’t get the order right. Frustrating. It’s not a complicated job.

I ordered through the app, I walked in to pick it up but it wasn’t ready. 5 people walked in and got their food and walked out and I’m still waiting. I thought ordering thru the app is supposed to be faster. It took me about 30 minutes to get my food

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I love jersey mikes in general, they have the best sandwiches. Today I got a #17 Philly Sub with a Pepsi. A delightful employee with great red hair made my sandwich and rang me up. She was quick in making and wrapping my sandwich and was very nice and understood me clearly. I was very happy with my sandwich and had an overall great experience.
