Other than that this would have been a great experience that’s why the 3 star
We came to this location on sat, April 20 approximately around 11:20 am
I ordered a tuna sandwich and a short African American lady with braces asked me what i want in it?
I said what are my choices? She gave me a nasty look and pointed at the bar said all these are your choices and rolled her eyes at me.
I told her what i want and After that she starting to giggle and laughing with her partner.
I asked her what are you laughing at? Is there anything wrong? Im here for the first time.
She said “dont you have sandwich before?”
Have i ever had sandwich before or not is none of her business. I came here to order food and asked simple questions but she gave me this kind of attitude.
This girl totally careless about her job and it shows through her attitude towards customers.
This girl needs to educate herself and understand social diversity.
Jersey mike let this type of person represent your company, be the first hand who contact your customers, no matter how good your food is or what kind of strategy you try to put in is totally useless. Management need to come and see how your people handle customers.
I was helped on a couple visits by Darius and Tyler. They both were attentive and very courteous.
I was an old Subway customer for many years and have not changed for my sandwiches to Jersey Mikes.

But I recently had a weird customer service experience. After ordering on door dash, the dasher forgot a bag with multiple food items. Unclear whether the restaurant was at fault or the dasher. No big deal, it happens.
Door dash calls me (before I even got the food) saying items were missed and we’ll issue a refund and just reorder the missing items. Annoying, but fine.
I get the first order with the missing items. Driver apologizes and said they didn’t see the bag when they were there and said to just reorder.
I place another order, and the new driver calls me saying the store refuses to make the second order. I can hear a woman working in the restaurant in the background yelling at the second dasher that the first dasher came back and took the bag that was missing from the first order. I never saw the first dasher come back though. So the second dasher tells the jersey mikes employee “Look, he’s on the phone. You can just talk to him”. To which she tells him “No I’m not talking to anybody and I’m not remaking another sandwich”. The dasher tells her this is another, paid, order. Just remake it. But she refused.
Door dash canceled the second order from this location and had me resubmit to another location in San pedro. That order had no issues.
Door dash made multiple attempts to apologize, refund and credit me. Bith drivers seemed apologetic. But the restaurant employee seemed to have a serious attitude.
Who knows what actually happened. In all honesty it doesn’t matter. The attitude represented by the jersey mikes employee was enough for me to consider writing this actual review about this particular location. I think somebody just might have been having a bad day.
