I have frequented this location 4 times in the past month, and it was solid the first 3 visits. However, today was absolutely awful. The turkey and roast beef were both slimey and had fowl odors. After tasting both proteins, I threw out all the meat and ate overpriced bread sandwiches. I believe this location is under new ownership with a different franchisee. If I’m correct, the new owner only cares about one thing ($$$), and couldn’t care less about the health, welfare and satisfaction of its customer base.These meats were clearly spoiled on two of my subs, and if that’s how you are going to operate your business, good luck during bankruptcy. Remember, there is a Santa Fe Importers two doors down, and although that restaurant is not on the same level as their original Long Beach location, they both blow you out of the water. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

My family goes to jersey mikes almost once a week and I’ve noticed this specific location always has smaller sandwich sizes and waaaaay less meat than the others nearby. The one in Belmont shore near 2nd and Trader Joe’s, for example, has double the meat compared to pics from rossmore. I hate to complain, but this one in rossmore seems like they’re seriously trying to save money.

Hi went here earlier this week ordered a regular #13 Italian on rosemary & got it mikes way with lays sour cream & onion chips & a bottle of Mountain Dew to drink , I’m so happy that I have a Jersey Mike’s Shore Points number to earn points & get free sandwiches when I earn 72 points to get a free regular sandwich, both the associate making & ringing me up for my sandwich, chips ,& soda were friendly too, clean, nice service, delicious food, nice Jersey Mike’s location in Seal Beach . first off I ordered a gluten free #9 and when I got home I ate it right away and low and behold I was sick for 2 days. It was the same reaction as when I eat gluten. Yup, messed up the order. When my wife ate her’s she stated that it tasted different. No thoughts at that time but later we checked the package and they were correctly identified. Apparently the GF written on the package was on mine but was really a regular sandwich which I ate and got sick. My suggestion is for the people behind the counter should be trained as the value of understanding of possible contamination and what it can do to people with Celiac disease.

The food is always great, pricey but good. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. This is my second visit to this location and the employees are not friendly, they make you feel like they are not happy working there and they are doing me a favor by being there. 5 stars for the food 1 star for the customer service. Management needs to do some customer service training.

Awesome food and service. After living here 20 years, didn’t know there was home in the neighborhood.. always went to next town..they should send out some coupons like what other restaurants do, just so the locals know that we have one here
