Stopped here for a quick sandwich that took 15 minutes from the time I gave my order to the first employee. Then as I was in a rush and now late I didn’t get a receipt so I called 10 minutes later and the don’t answer the phone and don’t answer the phone at all the rest of the night. So I call on Thursday and finally speak to a mgr who tells me one be be emailed to me by last night. Never happened. So now I have to start again. Sandwiches are great customer service poor at best. There are many sandwich shops in Los Angeles so I’ll be going there in the future. So I try call back on Friday from the time they open and first the telephone just rings and rings. Then after 1:00 pm if forwards to a fax machine. To the owner: Add help and if you can’t find any help go work there yourself as the only downfall to a great product is bad service.

Everyone was great staff wise. Although if if you look closely at their fountain drink station think twice. It’s disgusting and there’s build up all around. They need to deep clean the machine. Go with a bottled drink instead. Otherwise the store seemed to be in good shape.

Ate here earlier this week (I go roughly once a week to this location) and forgot to post a review. All of the people at this store are excellent. Service is quick, employees are nice, and the food is consistently delicious. This particular time I got a #56 and it exceeded my expectations. Just wanted to say to keep doing what you are doing! I will definitely be back.

I ordered extra meat. I don’t think this looks like extra meat. Seems to only happen when I order online or with the app. When ordering in person it come out correctly. When I got back to the office I discovered the mistake. I didn’t have time to go back.

Came in for an early lunch after hitting the bank and a few other errands. Got a mini and it was more than enough. Had the Italian sub with added turkey and of course had it mikes way. The staff was super friendly and made quick work of getting their line down. My sandwich was fresh and hit the spot. They have a really good assortment of chips and cookies.

Try a few sandwiches to find your favorite. Jersey Mike’s always has delicious sandwiches. The service is fast and friendly. Try the number 9 – roast beef, turkey, bacon, Mike’s Way with cherry pepper spread. For some extra zip get extra oregano. Don’t forget the mayonnaise. Once you have this sandwich you’ll be a total convert to Jersey Mike’s. What are you waiting for?
