I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s Subs in Carson City, and the experience was genuinely satisfying from start to finish. Just went to Jersey Mike’s and omg it was SO good. The subs were super fresh, the bread was perfect, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings at all. The staff was really nice and chill, and my order came out exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted amazing and felt way better than typical fast food. Definitely coming back this place is 100% worth it!

Came in today 1/12 to get some sandwiches. Was immediately approached with “ what do you want” after being at the counter for 3 seconds. I told the “lady” I needed to look for the numbers and she proceeded to walk away. Okay. Then I order the sandwiches and I’m waiting to tell her what I want on my cold sandwich. She is then approached by another customer who’s been waiting longer than me for their hot sandwiches. She proceeds to YELL at the lady. “ITS NOT READY YOU NEED TO WAIT. THE GRILL WAS OFF AND IT TAKES TIME TO HEAT UP. “ yikes. Then she asks me if I want my sandwich mikes way. I say no. Then she proceeds to shout at the other customer again to “WAIT. IT DOESNT TAKE 2 SECONDS. ” Then she comes back to me and proceeds to try and make my sandwich mikes way. I very plainly say “oh no thank you.” And she proceeds. So I raise my voice louder since she apparently didn’t hear me. Then she gives me big googly eyes like I’ve done something wrong. And she says “well, what do you want then?!” I ignore her attitude and just tell her what I want. She says OK and then proceeds as I move to the checkout area. As I’m watching her wrap up my sandwich I noticed that she has made it incorrectly. But out of fear of being screamed and yelled at and potentially worse, I didn’t say anything so now I’m come home with a sandwich I don’t even want. She was aggressive even checking me out. Very off putting and honestly a waste of money.

So I came in November 8th, 12:25-12:45 with my friend and we were so excited to get our sandwiches. Everything was moving well, the customer service was amazing until my friend had asked if they serve avocado because she was unaware if they served it or not. She had kindly asked before they wrapped her sandwich, and they confirmed they did have it. And she had asked if it was okay if she got it, and said she was so sorry. and whoever the man is who is tall with short blonde hair & a short beard was VERY passive aggressive. He went to get the avacado and started SLAMMING things around. like I mean SLAMMING things around please watch your cameras. She even felt the need to apologize to him with how aggressive he acted. I understand it’s busy but behavior like that is unacceptable.
