Corporate, this location ruining the brand! Don’t order here even for pickup unless have 30-60 mins. Have ordered twice now from app and had to wait 30 mins after pickup time for order. 1st time on sat morning walk in door mgr says “ if placed online order its going to be 45 mins short staffed and got big order” 2nd time arrive 1015am for pickup hot sub same manager says” if hot order we just cleaned grill going to be 15-20 mins” so i wait after 20 mins i get up (sitting by mobile pick up spot no order shelf) mgr says can i help you. ♂️yeah i’m the one person waiting 20 mins for only pickup order he asks staff “anyone have that hot sub” someone finally has it I say to mgr”do you always wait to clean grill to after store opens?” No answer then someone says we called your order out ♂️really? So why mgr ask where order is. Clearly i’m pissed mgr says in condescending way “ have a nice day” won’t be going this location again. So corporate 1) is it standard to clean grill after store opens and 2) acceptable to get order 30 mins after pickup up time ordering from app? If yes to both of these then this brand in trouble! Don’t need canned response from this location, just know why lost my business from this location. Food always great! Just service 0 stars.

It’s 3:47 pm just ordered Anthony was great and attentive very sweet and caring as for the other two one was touching face then. Sandwiches and the other guy with glasses needs to not be rude to his co workers don’t yell at Anthony making a sandwich which we asked for extra extra peppers the guy with glasses yelled at him that’s too many pepper we told Anthony keep doing what your doing he listens to us and got exactly what I wanted teach the guy with glasses manners for his co workers extremely rude let him cook Anthony is awesome keep doing you !.

Nice people and good service.
When I got home with my taped up order. it did not match. Kinda hard to imagine it got screwed up over the phone the way I worded it.
One size down from biggest, I got two sizes down. I also got meat and cheese only but specifically ordered otherwise.
Other than not getting what I ordered, it was good. Not worth the gas and time to come back and get what I wanted. Curious considering the order was confirmed. one reason i don’t tip anymore. Maybe once they are right consistently.
Edit: well 3/4 through my sub I got my first bit of onion. Still no pepper. So i guess it’s just poorly made, not just wrong.

I have always had issues but today was the kicker. NO BREAD? You’re a sandwich shop how are you even open? All the time the workers are having a conversation before they acknowledge you. The manager seems to always be swearing too. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing half the time either. Overall bad experience and I’m just done with this place.

It’s my first time at Jersey Mike’s and I have to say I had a very good experience. All black employees,I love to see my black people working together getting a job done. I got the club supreme- giant that serves two people perfectly. The dining area was was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful.
My sandwich was totally delicious I was unable to finish I have leftovers for dinner tonight.

4 cashiers came to help to figure out how to ENTER the promotion code into the register, and FAILED.
THE code is a 3 Rd party permitted and and approved by JERSY MIKE’S SUBS Web.
It’s ridiculous prices $18 for a sub + TAX + SODA+ CHIPS+ TIPS.
THE LOBBY WAS some what clean, but the tables ( few) super dirty.
some of the cashiers needs an attitude adjustment or perhaps customer services training.
Not impressed and I don’t recommend this location.

Bad customer service. Barely speak to you. And he cooked my sandwich and bag. Never asked for Mike way or nothing. He says that’s what I asked when I ordered. Oh excuse me. But after the meats. They always ask. I felt like you was rushing me. Or just didn’t want to be bothered. So my response was nevertheless. Obviously you never said nothing. Till it wrapped and bag. Yall was ready to finish the conversation amongst yourselves. Never had bad service. Like yall was having a bad day. The guy eating. Well. Let’s say he finished his sandwich. I waited for them to finish there conversation before I ordered.
