I used to go to another location but have been coming to this one for the last several months since it’s next to my gym. I won’t go again in the future because the sandwich is prepared with no care at all so it looks like a mess when I open it. On top of that, the staff has had zero customer service training or they simply don’t care. Normally it’s not both issues at once. This last time there was no one at the counter, my sandwich looked like shit and didn’t taste so good, and the staff looked like they were bothered I came in. I love jersey mikes but this location sucks .

I ordered through my husband’s app and we got there they were finishing up my husband’s sandwich which looked good. When we got home I opened my sandwich and was immediately upset. I ordered a giant #6. First of all it looked like who ever cut it squished it pretty flat so I opened it up and there were obvious issues. The amount of ingredients was definitely not what I expected and there were no onion or banana peppers and literally 4 pickles on the entire sandwich. I usually go to a different location but this one opened in my community so I tried it. I am thoroughly disappointed and feel like they didn’t train this new crew properly. I will be taking the half that is left back to hopefully get a proper replacement.

I had a very disappointing experience at your location. We walked in at 8:45 PM to order a sandwich, received it at 8:57 PM, just minutes before closing. As we began to eat, we were abruptly asked to leave because the store was closing.
While we understand the importance of closing on time, it’s completely unacceptable to serve customers right before closing only to rush them out the door without the opportunity to eat. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude, and it left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Very unfortunate that this is the kind of service being offered at this location.

The absolute worst experience i have ever had at Jersey Mike. I watched as they incorrectly made my sandwich, since they did not know my name, they just shrugged off the mistakes. I pointed out how they did not follow my order. They offered additional oil and vinegar. The crew tonight may have killed Jersey Mikes for me, forever.

The sandwiches were dreadful and over priced. The bread was hard like it was stale or was left out. The meat was so dry I had to keep drinking water while eating so I could actually swallow it. The service was good. But 11 bucks for a 6 inch sub that was dry and bland is crazy! There are far more tasty options for that price point or less. That is the last time I am going to Jersey Mike’s.
