This is the third time my order has been messed up at this location. Last time, I waited over 15 minutes for an online order while employees stood in the back laughing and ignoring customers. I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. Two customers even walked out because nobody acknowledged them.
Clearly, no one here takes their job seriously.
Enjoyed my meal and time in the restaurant.
It’s not that hard to make a sandwich correctly
Another issue is the lack of cleanliness at both locations always seems to be a very messy counter. Today it was lettuce, bread crumbs & oily residue all over the counter near the cash register. It’s not difficult to wipe down the counter. Worked in food service for over 30 years and our managers wouldn’t tolerate that at all.
Again not busy when you are just standing around doing nothing
Just adding to prior post. Went today for 2 sandwiches NOT busy. Took my order & got it wrong twice to busy socializing with friends
It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don’t leave out the brownie! It’s a cozy little place inside. You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating. He said, “This is really good.” My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it’s good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there’s a lot of businesses there, but it’s worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.
