Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and was given beef instead. When I called back, a girl named Savannah answered the phone with “Hello Chick-fil-A” in a completely unprofessional tone. I asked for a manager, and he refused to resolve the issue unless I returned to the store with proof — as if it’s my job to correct your mistakes.
This is the third time my order has been messed up at this location. Last time, I waited over 15 minutes for an online order while employees stood in the back laughing and ignoring customers. I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. Two customers even walked out because nobody acknowledged them.
Clearly, no one here takes their job seriously.

The staff here is incredible. My fiancee has an allergy and they cleaned all of their equipment before making her food. The wait was a little bit long, but worth it for this, and the staff proceeded to give me coupons and apologize for the wait. They were amazing and this will be my new main jersey mikes

I was eating at your store at 3510 Coors STE B in Albuquerque on Saturday May 17th at 12 noon. The reason I’m giving you the time and day is because I want you to thank your crew on duty for that day. They were all very professional, very courteous. While the store was slow, and no people were being served. The young lady was cleaning the machines and cleaning the counters. The young men were stalking the refrigerators and staying busy doing work and making your restaurant look really nice. The restroom was clean and organized.

I’m always impressed with the quality of the subs at Jersey Mike’s, but the staff at this location takes it to another level. They pay close attention to detail, ensuring every ingredient is fresh and perfectly placed. My #7 Turkey and Provolone was delicious, and the bread was incredibly fresh. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I don’t understand why they give you choices. It seems like what ever I chose as far as bread and what goes on sandwiches it’s not what I get. I stopped ordering from the store on Ouray because they very rarely got the order correct. So when they opened over on Coors we started ordering from them. Today is the 3rd time our order was wrong. I can understand if it was busy but the young lady said it’s been quiet all afternoon.
It’s not that hard to make a sandwich correctly
Another issue is the lack of cleanliness at both locations always seems to be a very messy counter. Today it was lettuce, bread crumbs & oily residue all over the counter near the cash register. It’s not difficult to wipe down the counter. Worked in food service for over 30 years and our managers wouldn’t tolerate that at all.
Again not busy when you are just standing around doing nothing

Today was the first time we ate here. I always pass by, and I figured i’m going to stop.
It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don’t leave out the brownie! It’s a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, “This is really good.” My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it’s good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there’s a lot of businesses there, but it’s worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from there again.

We ordered some sandwiches online for pick up. we came to pick up the food and the girl who attended us her name was Adriana she was really disrespectful saying we had a large order, while giving us attitude. This isnt the first time this has happened to me at this same place. They really need to work on their customer service.
