I want to commend the staff working at this location at the busy lunch time on Saturday, Feb 28th! They are so professional, kind, and calm under the pressure. I witnessed a rude customer cussing and being nasty toward the workers and not one time did any of them lose it. They remained calm and served with a smile. This location offers online, drive thru, and walk in. I’m so impressed with how well they work together and provide such an excellent level of service.

My son and I went inside to order at 5:30 pm yesterday. They had EXTREMELY LOUD vulgar rap music playing and there were no employees in sight. It felt like they were closed and turned the music up to full blast while they were in the back. My son and I waited there for a while waiting for someone to surface. Just when I was about to give up and leave a girl popped her head out from the back room and said oh my gosh there’s someone out there waiting, then all 3 employees came out and said sorry we were trying to get our work done in the back. Then the guy slicing meat was talking crap about the Holly location employees. Wow! This place needs better management for sure!

I need to know what hours the person who made my sandwich this last Sunday works. I went in right at opening time on 12/14 and got the best club sub I have ever had in my life!!! You have no idea how much you made a pregnant woman’s day! I only want to go when that person’s working. I don’t know who made it because I used the drive thru but you are an angel. The cashier at the window was great too. I will be going back next Sunday morning.

This location is highly hit or miss. If you do get wrong order, delivery, or have any issue an order that should be refunded or replaced, they absolutely won’t and don’t take responsibilty, so you’ll just be screwed. If you don’t believe me, read the multiple reviews complaining about this JMS wrong too often and refuse to ever make it up to screwed over customer titewad stance in theire standard response. JerksMakeSubs wrong far too often and simply don’t care.

First of all I’m so disappointed in this location. I placed an online order and headed to the store. The website quoted me 10 mins for an online order pickup. I completely understand that they were busy and was willing to wait but I waited over an hour in store for my sub. I wanted to walk away but I already paid for it online. I was so late getting back to work from lunch break. On top of that, they completely made my sandwich wrong, and forgot the one ingredient I was looking forward to. They were ignoring online orders and helping only drive through and walk ins. I was so sad. Truly never coming here again.

We came in to get sandwiches for our employees! First and foremost when we walked in we were greeted! That already took my wall down, the two guys and gal working around 2:00 o clock ish on sep 7th! Were fast ! And had great customer service .the gal mentioned after eating a Mikes way sub! We would come back I gotta say this was the best sub I had in a long time ! I don’t do reviews but when I do it’s cause the credit is due ! Thank you to those who made our first time at jersey mikes a good experience ! 1000/10

HAIR IN FOOD. We’ve all found hair in our food but I’ve never found a clump of hair like this! Went in on a Friday and the line took about 20 minutes to get our food. The people in front of me sent their food back, which should have been a sign, but I had already waited this long. When I got home I found this huge and disgusting clump of hair right as I opened the packaging. I called immediately and the manager told me he wrote down my info and to go in the next day and get my refund. Saturday comes around and I go to get my refund and they tell me they can’t refund me and there isn’t any info of me calling the day before. The manager and staff all asked multiple times if I want my order remade. I could not express enough how much I did NOT want my order remade because of how disgusted I was by my order. How does a clump of hair that big go unnoticed!? The manager told me he called his GM and she didn’t answer so I just asked him to have the GM call me directly. I get a call on Monday and the GM assures me that I will get my refund, I even offered more info than was asked to make sure I got my refund. I ordered on April 7, 2024 and talked to the GM on April 10, 2024. It is now April 19, 2024 and have not received any refund. Normally any company would refund immediately based on the circumstances, especially taking to a GM. I don’t normally write reviews and usually only do so because I really liked a place but this was just a horrible experience all together. The hoops I’ve had to go through to get a simple refund is rediculous.
