The staff was nice enough but the store was so dirty!!!! Felt like I needed to wash my hands after leaving. There was plenty of staff and no one in the store. Seemed like they should have been doing a little cleaning.

What a disappointment this place is. I used to really enjoy jersey mikes. I’m not sure what happened but it really seems like the employees just don’t care. They don’t take pride in their jobs and the customer service is severely lacking. I placed an order and drove 30 minutes to get it and when I get there, they tell me they are out of bread. There was no empathy from the staff- it was just like, oh well who cares. It’s really disheartening to see what the customer service industry has turned into.

Our food was excellent, but the place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY.
Every table was dirty ( we ate in the car), garbage all over the floor & thats just the dining room.
The “line” was trashed, the sneezeguard looks to be getting used A LOT & the grimy filth on the doors was a plus.
Imagine what the back of house looks like. Gross.

I always get good fresh food from this store . However they dropped the ball and did not put my lettuce or mikes way on my sandwhich and refuse to refund on Uber eats . I will never order again
