The circus is in town. Went in at 12:39, several customers having lunch, I was the only person ordering. 5 employees, 4 very busy not being busy. 4 minutes passed before the one person actually doing anything put the meat on the grill. 5 minutes later food is almost ready. But, Wait! In comes a guy looking for his phoned in order from 20 minutes ago (according to him) They hand him what I thought was my order. He comments about the “space/time continuum” since he thought 20 minutes should have been plenty of time to make 2 sandwiches. So did I, until I realize that after 15 minutes my 2 sandwiches had not even been started. Asked for my money back and left 19 minutes after arriving and the order had yet to started. But the employees were having fun, so they aren’t to blame.

I placed an online order on January 16 at the Glassford Hill Jersey Mike’s, scheduled for 12:00 PM pickup. Due to a professional learning day, the store was extremely busy with walk-ins and online orders, and the staff was clearly unprepared for the volume.
My order was not ready at noon and still hadn’t been started by 12:45, at which point I had to leave. An employee told me the order would be canceled and refunded, but as of February 10, the $16.42 charge has not been refunded. Attempts to resolve this by phone were brushed off, and management was unavailable.
I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer for over 10 years in Arizona and Colorado, and have never had a bad experience until now. Since locations are individually owned and operated, this review applies only to this store. The customer service and leadership at Glassford Hill are disappointing. I recommend choosing a different Jersey Mike’s location.

We order a delivery from Jersey Mike’s, in Prescott Valley, AZ, to be delivered by DoorDash, as we have done many other times. When we received the order, it was not to our satisfaction. Tonight though we ordered the usual, extra bacon, cheese, meat and avocado, the order was incorrect when received. In fact we got no bacon at all, let alone anything extra, though we paid for it. We called, spoke to the manager on duty, but received no satisfaction. He kept arguing, saying that the order he received varied from what we had ordered. If you want to pay extra and not get what you ordered, go ahead and order from Jersey Mike’s. This is a LOT of money for NOT the getting what you want. No effort was made to satisfy the customer.

I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s subs. This is the first time I’ve ever second guessed my choice on where to eat. The place was an absolute wreck. Food, gloves, and tissues all over the kitchen floor. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

The staff were kind and caring to her needs and produced a product above expectations. This establishment cares about its customers. I highly recommend it. Also my wife will not stop talking about the toasted sub she received it made her day!

Best subs hand down there are many subs in our town but these are the best they cut the meat right there they’re girls behind the counter are very sweet great customer service food is always fresh and I’ve never had one order issue and we actually order very modified subs for our business employees so we appreciate you guys thanks for all you do
