It takes three people to make a sandwich who all were none welcoming.
I was so uncomfortable I just wanted get out of there. Place also looked dirty but it’s like that with these high turn over businesses they don’t like to clean so they leave why I got to find more mom and pop businesses family owners so there’s more effort.
Hello, I went in at about 3:10 pm to the store on November 1. There were several employees but the one who I gave my order to was small in stature, blueish eyes and I think strawberry blonde hair (was pulled back). I ordered the Big kahuna. I realized it was the veg option so I asked if I could change to the big kahuna with chicken.
At this point, they’d only sliced the bread open. The employee said “I guess” then slammed the ticket down, changed the number from 56 to 55. She slammed it so hard that the employee at the grill looked over and asked what was wrong. She told the grill person I changed my order. I told her if it was a big deal,I could leave it as is or I could just leave, a sandwich wasn’t worth the hassle. She then slammed the ticket down and directed me to take it and go pay.
I then told the employee to cancel my order, that I didn’t need the sandwich that bad. The employee with the ticket then yelled Bye to me as I exited the restaurant.
I understand dealing with the public can be very challenging and abusive at times. I never raised my tone or projected any disrespect so I felt the behavior was truly uncalled for. Also, I really wanted that sandwich and there are very limited options in that area.
Thank you for your attention. I did not get her name unfortunately. Hopefully the description is adequate.
Kind regards
Amy Thompson
