Thank you, LOUIS! YOU made a TERRIFIC Turkey & Provolone Sandwich for me to take home. All the ingredients were fresh. The bread was tasty and soft. All that nicely sliced turkey was outstanding…again very fresh and lean! The Best Sandwich Ever! You are so customer oriented, too! You won me over…I will return! I have to admit the folks behind me spoke very highly of Jersey Mike’s! You have a FAN CLUB! Keep up the great work! Really are OUTSTANDING! Very Friendly, too!

You spend over $11 for a simple sandwich and you get two pieces of bacon on a club sandwich that promotes having apple bacon!! They have a mountain of bacon cooked, which I question the freshness and when asked “ can you please put some bacon on the bacon club?.. two pieces is the limit unless you want to pay extra?!.” Really?? Never coming back..

Employee refused to make my order. They told me I was too early for my ordered.. no one else in the store but that they made me stand there for 10 minutes before they would make my order.. I will never go back there. Horrible customer service…

I usually love Jersey Mike’s! Subs were great, as usual. But my dad had some iced tea and ended up with bad stomach issues and diarrhea. It was really upsetting, especially since everything else was fine. Seems like there might be a problem with the tea, so I hope that gets checked out soon!

This Jersey Mike’s location has always been a struggle, but is the closest to home so I continue to try. Today I had an inexperience there that will be my last visit to that location, perhaps Jersey Mike’s in general. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the 10+ employees had made 100 to go sandwiches and not made a single sandwich for a person in line. There was no acknowledgment from the staff that they were extremely busy, no apologies or thank you for our patience. It literally was like crickets. After 20 minutes, and a line out the door, I decided to speak up and express my frustrations. The woman making sandwiches looks up at me and then says “have a good time coming up to get your sandwich”. I am an extremely patient person, pride myself on being kind, but this was absolutely appalling. I understand they feel overwhelmed, but to speak to a customer that way, who is about to come eat in your establishment is disgusting. It felt like a direct threat, and I chose to take my business elsewhere. Whoever runs this jersey, Mike should be ashamed of their staff and how they responded in light of a difficult situation.

I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the years and each one of them have been great. This one I think the people working may need to be retrained. I ordered the big kahuna giant size, I felt like I had more bread than meat. Hardly had any peppers in it, They also used two halves to make a whole giant. I noticed because the ends where the bread was cut was clean and there was no meat spilling out the sides like if it was filled then cut. The sandwich was also not wrapped properly, it was placed on the paper and paper was folded over and then stuffed into the brown bag. As a side note I ordered it on the app for pickup, another person went in before me to order at the counter. When I went to pick up my order I took a few seconds to make sure everything was there and that person was still waiting when I left and the employees were in the back chatting it up. This was my first time at this specific location and let’s just say I’m not interested in going back soon.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and have had only bad experiences. I decided to give it one last chance today. This location is very dirty. Do not drink the ice tea here, the machine is absolutely filthy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned out or wiped down in weeks. The blonde girl wrapping the sandwiches was CHEWING GUM with her mouth open, which is a major helth code violation. There was an elderly lady waiting for 15 minutes for the sandwiches she ordered and when she asked if they were ready the man with acne working was very rude to her and told her she can cancel her order. This location is suffering from a lack of management. I like Jersey Mikes subs, but I will NEVER return to this location.
