I’m a huge fan of JM’s. However, this location in Santa Clara Utah is top level in all areas of quality! Cleanliness, extra hardworking ethics! The manager Trey and Kaiya tonight were extra diligent in their efforts. All day long was very busy. I came at the late hour before closing. They were still working hard and had a great disposition. This is a hard quality to find anymore. Cheers to Trey and his hard working team!!

They’re remarkably efficient — they move with purpose, prepare orders quickly, and keep the line flowing without ever making customers feel rushed. What really stands out, though, is how kind and thoughtful they are. They remember small details, check in to make sure your order is exactly how you like it, and go out of their way to accommodate any request with patience and a smile.
It’s clear that the team truly cares about the people who walk through the door. Their helpfulness shines through in every interaction — whether it’s offering suggestions, answering questions, or simply creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a customer. It’s the kind of service you rarely find anymore, and it makes every visit feel personal.
On top of all that, the sandwiches are consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do, both in the kitchen and at the counter.

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is exceptional. The food is very good and I feel like the bread taste really fresh here. I am grateful that they are located here in Santa Clara so that they’re easy to get to and to get to where I’m going, I typically stop here for something to eat before I go in the back country so that I have something to take with me.

Phoebe is such a great worker, she always makes sure that cross section hits different. The environment is amazing and all the workers do a good job at keeping things moving. This is the best Jersey Mikes in all of Utah by far.

I walked into Jersey Mike’s expecting a sandwich and accidentally entered a historical moment. The lights flickered. The doors closed behind me. And there he was — Jaylend. Not standing… commanding the counter. The room went quiet. The meat slicer hummed like it knew who was in charge. When Jaylend asked for my order, my voice cracked. Not from fear — from respect. I suddenly remembered every good decision I’ve ever made and forgave myself for the bad ones. He didn’t assemble a sub. He orchestrated it. Every slice of meat was cut with such precision I’m convinced geometry was invented just to explain his technique. The lettuce was placed gently, like he was tucking it in at night. Mayo spread so evenly it should be studied by scientists. Time stopped. A man behind me dropped his phone and didn’t even pick it up because nothing else mattered. Somewhere, a bald eagle probably shed a tear. When Jaylend handed me the sandwich, my hands trembled. I knew I was holding more than food — I was holding purpose. I left Jersey Mike’s walking taller, thinking clearer, and believing again. If Jaylend ever leaves, the store should be sealed off and turned into a monument. Not an employee. Not a legend. A force of nature.
