This place is fabulous. We love Jersey Mikes. Their food is always exceptional. The online ordering system is great and fast. When my husband went to pick up our order the nice man up front said it would take a couple minutes and gave him a free drink while he waited! As always, the sandwiches are amazing. #8 is the best!

The service here was fantastic!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful here. I loved how they interacted with my children and told us about their favorites. The food was so good i’m honestly in love with the chicken bacon rant sandwich. We will definitely be back.

I always have a great experience with this location. The guy in charge tonight, I believe he said his name was Matt, was busting his ass and doing a great job. The other two workers appreared to be new hires. Coming from someone who used to manage a restaurant, another experienced worker would have been extremely valuable during the rush. My sandwich was bomb, but these guys needed some more help.

The staff were very friendly! I came into the store to pick up my mobile order from the app and the worker noted that they hadn’t received it. Odd because it’s the right location and time. I confirmed the order was for the correct store and provided an email receipt. We come to find out someone stole our bag at the pick up. This was over $100 worth of sandwiches. Thankfully the employees honored our receipt and remade our sandwiches. From a family who is exhausted and just finished moving, thanks for turning the situation around!

Restaurant was very busy, we ordered online and the app said to go to designated online pick up area but it was not clearly labeled as to where this was. I came right on time as to when the app said to show up. Ended up waiting in line for almost 15 minutes to find our food was indeed ready. The food was good at least!
