The two female workers helping on 7-16-25 closing were polite and helpful. We ordered the #13 Italian giant sandwich to go. They were patient in repeating the questions and answering me. I am hearing impaired. The sandwich was also good. Very positive visit.

I had ordered my lunch for delivery a couple weeks ago and was disappointed because when I got my order, I didn’t get anything that I ordered. I emailed the store, expecting just a quick apology and a free sandwich. What I got met and exceeded my expectations. I went in to get my sandwich and the manager was apologetic and quickly got my lunch prepared. I went to pay for the chips and drink that I ordered and was told that everything was good and I didn’t owe a thing. The sandwich was delicious and made my lunch. Thank you!

Yeah, not the greatest. I delivered online through the app and used my points for a giant mikes hot money, adding some special instructions. The instructions weren’t met, the pepperoni’s were practically burnt, and the presentation wasn’t great. Working at a Jersey Mike’s, this ain’t it.

I love JM and so excited to have this new location open! However, they need more employees for weekends or a better way to prioritize online, in-person, and door dash orders on busy nights. I waited over an hour for my sandwich, which I purposefully ordered ahead, and felt bad for the employees sorting through miles and miles of receipts to make while they still had a crowd of 20+ Dashers waiting and a very long line for in-person orders as well.

Horrible location, too busy. Will only go to the one in Murray from now on. Dudes had to be told multiple times how to make our sandwiches. Multiple health code violations. Throwing bacon around on the table then to sandwich. Said no tomato’s puts it on anyways. Holy crap what a waste of 40$.

This place used to be five stars, but their quality has dropped out and 2 weeks ago their sandwich gave me the ol’ food poisoning. Staff wasn’t using their gloves properly and the place behind the counter looked like a mess.
