I pick up sandwiches for my kids at this location on a weekly basis. I so appreciate the efficiency of the Orem location. The staff (Li) is always so friendly and greets me as I walk in the door. I never have to wait to be acknowledged. My order is always right and always ready. I actually look forward to my Monday pick up!! 🙂

The employees (Drew and Lee) working today gave 10/10 service! We always come to this location and they never miss! Everyone here is so friendly and they make such good sandwiches at this location! They don’t skimp out on the toppings and it keeps us coming back! Love this location!

I LOVE this place and come at least twice a week. Service is always fantastic and my sandwiches always taste amazing as well. Vivian specifically always makes me feel so welcome and she is so sweet with everything. I can tell she works so hard and her sandwiches are 10/10 whenever I see her!!

Truly one of the worst establishments I have ever set foot in. My young daughter and I ended up having to split a regular because of how insane the pricing is. And when I found a hair in it I brought it to the managers attention and they just laughed and said it didn’t look like their hair so it must’ve been my daughters. Who had red curly hair, when the hair in our food was brown and straight. The bread was also stale and they put mayonnaise on the entire sandwich when we asked for it only on half. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

So i came here after work with my wife and kid I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak and she ordered the original cheese steak. When I got my order my wife’s was fine. Mine was made with the wrong meat. Got chicken instead of beef. Not usually a big deal but I was wanting steak today. I let the lady at the front counter know the mistake and she immediately fixed the issue with no problems she was super nice and helpful. Thank you Paris for helping me with that and I do believe she needs a raise
