12 bucks later, i’m eating on my counter at home….
First time at this brand (ever). EXTREMELY happy with the selection, portion sizes, speed of service, accuracy of the order, price paid, cleanliness of the store(inside and outside), and ease of using the app on my phone to earn reward points. We also got a brownie to share. It was large, moist, and really tasty as well. It is a great treat to share after the meal.
I had the #9 (Club Supreme / a cold item), and my wife had the #55 (The Big Kahuna Chiken / a hot item). We were both overjoyed with our sandwiches.
We will live in Washington State, and the closest Jersey Mike’s to us is 90 minutes away. When traveling, we will be eating at this brand again!!
When I arrived, one of the employees told me that my order was “almost ready.” A few minutes later, I realized they hadn’t even started preparing it. On top of that, a customer who arrived after me received their order first, while I continued waiting.
This situation shows a lack of professionalism and respect toward customers and drivers who are also part of the service. Saying an order is “almost ready” when it hasn’t even been started is misleading.
I know the effort that the owner, Peter Cancro, puts every day into offering quality products, good customer service, and good values. For that reason, I hope that proper measures are taken to ensure that all customers are served in order of arrival and with honesty.
