This “sandwich” is absolutely pathetic. It looks nothing like the picture and tastes worse. You can’t taste the meat, bread or veggies. Due to the excessive amount of dressing on it. It looked like a wadded up roll when I took it out of the wrapper. This is absolutely false advertising. Judge for yourselves. One of these things is not like the other!

The Jersey Mike’s Provolone and Ham sub isn’t just a sandwich, it’s a spiritual portal to an alternate universe where pigs wear monocles and throw up gang signs, while the cheese teaches yoga to your subconscious hunger cravings. Yeah that’s def not been said in a Google review before, YOLO!
Each bite tastes like a congressional hearing between mayonnaise and oregano debating the future of humanity’s taste buds!
The provolone slides across your tongue like a buttered dolphin at the LA county fair, while the ham whispers ancient secrets about sandwich geometry and what feelings should mean to us humans!
By the third bite, I swear my shoes turned into tiny hoagies and tried to walk away from me. I really shouldn’t take thissss many shrooms before bedtime.

They ran out of white bread, but Jefferson requested a herbs with cheese bread instead and was super awesome super friendly really great guy honestly one of their best workers in my opinion will come again and again … will tell a bunch of friends and family .

We came in for subs tonight & they were phenomenal! All our toppings were put on by Connor & that guy’s the real deal-what a fantastic employee!!! The meats & cheese got added by Chase & he was a great employee, too. I hope all of our experiences there are like the one we had today.

Jersey Mike’s is always so fresh and delicious! It’s one of my favorite Sanders places and this was my first time to this location but my food was made quickly and exactly as I asked. The staff was all very nice as well.

Ordered online, and 45 minutes later, order was still not ready.
Asked for a refund, and the staff spent more time trying to (unsuccessfully) issue a refund, than it would have taken to make the sandwich.
There were 2 people working. 1 was busy, 1 was wandering aimlessly.
Have to make a second trip back to get a refund from a manager type.

The employees always have a poor attitude! Has happened on multiple occasions. Saw a guy get short and mad with an older lady taking her time and struggling with English. He yelled at her. Not cool. Looked like a manager too.

The customer service here is terrible. We arrived after our promised pickup time and our order hadn’t even been started. There were only two other customers inside, yet no one bothered to greet us. When we were finally acknowledged, the front worker spoke with a rude, dismissive tone, like she couldn’t care less.
It took 20 minutes past the promised time to get our food, and even then, two of the sandwiches were made wrong. Simple requests like “no onions or peppers” were ignored, and extras we asked for weren’t added.
This was an overall horrible experience. The employees clearly don’t care about their jobs, and it shows. If management doesn’t step in, this attitude will continue driving customers away.
