Decent little sandwich shop. Super busy. Seems like they are still trying to work out their flow. My husband and daughter love Jersey Mike’s so they were excited this is here. I personally don’t find anything super special about it. Sandwiches do you have a lot of meat and are pretty thick. But I would expect that for the price. The price is here are kind of high. They are literally the price of going to a sit down restaurant for a large sandwich and drinks and a chip. We will probably come every now and then but not going to be an all the time thing.

You guys need to work on accuracy, please!!!! I frequent your store at least once a week if not more. Just got home to find no bacon on my Club Sub. I’m so disappointed! But also, this is like my 3rd mistake from you guys in a very short matter of time! I ordered an Italian last time to the guy at the slicing station and he made a Club Supreme. I said they had made the wrong sandwich and I had ordered the Italian and instead of offering to get me the right one they said, “the club supreme is really good too!” It felt so awkward and they were so busy so I just took the Club Supreme. Also have ordered from Uber Eats and was missing my chips. Numerous problems. 🙁 The bacon is the best part of the sandwich and it’s not here.

12/31/25 The food here is always great. As a former employee, I know what Jersey Mike’s has to offer. What I don’t care for is the employee working the condiments station discussing with other guests (not me) why he hasn’t gotten a raise for working six days a week. I find that type of discussion to be less than professional. Keep those comments to yourself or with your manager. Whether it was in a playful manner, it leaves much to be desired from employees. Be better, be professional.

So I am not a sandwich girl at all, but I have been to Jersey Mikes multiple times since they opened and have loved everything I’ve tried. This Monday I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was delicious! The staff worked really well together and everyone I talked to was very friendly! It is pretty busy every time I go in, but that has not jeopardized the quality of the food I receive! My husband and I will definitely be back

Space was clean. Sandwiches were excellent. Employees were all friendly. But, super slow. There must have been 7-8 employees there last night but not one seemed to show any sense of urgency. We were 4th in line and it took at least 30 to get our order. If the order taker didn’t also slice the meat it would definitely improve productivity. Mgmt. needs to set a better expectations regarding efficiency and speed I feel. I’ll give it another shot in about a month and see they’ve improved.

First time having a bad experience at Jersey Mike’s. It was like I was on a episode of punked. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. They completely botched my sandwich and I asked the guy to repeat back to me before he started and he said he had it correct. I would rather not have jersey mikes if the service is this bad.

Welcome to North Idaho! I have been looking forward to this opening for years. It’s great not to have to drive an extra 20 miles for Jersey Mikes in the Valley. The team is getting well-organized, and during my three visits, I’ve had a wonderful experience each time and it is consistent. For those complaining about long lines, remember that good things come to those who wait and this is well worth the wait. It’s just opened, and I’m actually glad to see the lines — it shows they’re popular! I’ve heard that it’s locally owned, which is fantastic. Keep up the great work, and I will be a loyal customer!

Super stoked about the new Jersey Mike’s in Hayden! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious and the staff were fantastic-friendly & welcoming. I ordered a #13 for my husband and I, “Mike’s Way” of course, with extra juice & the spicy relish (highly recommend!). Everything was fresh and flavorful. We’ll definitely be returning & be regulars here!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the young men here today. Besides the general professionalism they had, they also took notice to me carrying my little one and offered to have someone grab my beverage from the fridge for me, and went as far as opening the door for me when I left. Not to mention the free cookie they gave us for our first visit!

Jersey Mike’s makes the best sandwich! So happy to have them in the hood! And apparently so is everyone else. Pack your patience as they can only make so many great sandwiches at a time. The staff was great, even if they were a little bit overwhelmed. I’ll be back soon!
