I visited this Jersey Mike’s tonight (1/29/25) a round 7pm and wanted to share mixed feedback about my experience. There were only two employees working at the time, and I really want to highlight how kind, patient, and hardworking the gentleman with brown hair was. He was very attentive, made sure everything on our order was correct, and had a great attitude despite being clearly busy. He really made the experience better and deserves recognition.
Unfortunately, the other employee, a young blonde girl working with him, came across as very rude and had a noticeable attitude. I had to repeat my sandwich requests multiple times, and each time I reminded her of something, she seemed annoyed and dismissive. It made the ordering process uncomfortable.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the gentleman helping us, but I hope management can address the lack of professionalism from the other employee so future visits are more pleasant. We are regulars here and always buy dinner for our family of 7 so we’re always spending over $100 so it really sucks when a staff member is disappointing.

I love Jersey Mike’s and was excited for this location to open. The staff was friendly and kind. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and unfortunately the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and I didn’t notice it until I had already eaten some of my sandwich. The staff gave me a coupon for a free sandwich next time, not sure I’ll be back after this. Be careful ordering any of the chicken sandwiches here and check before you eat.

I love Jersey Mike’s! Some of the locations in the valley don’t have very good service, but this location was great. The service was quick and very nice. As always the sandwich was excellent. I’ve tried all of the different sandwich shops in Boise, and Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorites. Whether I order a hot (love the Philly Cheese) or a cold sandwich (turkey club is my favorite) I am never disappointed. I would highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s!
