Caleb made me the best 99 I’ve had in ages.
Hopefully the owner or manager sees this and gives Caleb some praise. The sandwich was amazing and his service was great.
Ever since Jersey Mikes got bought out from private equity the quality seemed to be steadily declining. However this last visit gave me hope for the future.

Got a gluten free sub & the bread was so dry it made the sandwich hard to chew and swallow. Have had jersey mikes at other locations and really enjoyed the gluten free subs but it stinks to pay more than $2 extra for gluten free & have it turn out like this.
Employees were all pretty socially awkward too.

Had stopped at a previous Jersey Mike’s to get lunch and they did not have the Philly cheese meat so came to this location hoping to get a sandwich. Ordered our sandwiches and unfortunately this is just a walkout place they don’t have any seating so had to eat in the car there’s no outdoor seating anywhere. Paid for my food and then when my sandwich arrived it was half the size it was supposed to be then had to wait for her to finish making the other half of my sandwich staff could listen a little better when ordering. Also when asking about allergies if you ask if product has soy in it and they bring the bottle and say is soybean oil soy yes it is and not only is reading fundamental but understanding what you’re reading is.

Ordered online. 45 minutes have past the 45 minute lead time window. Was told it would’ve been better to walk-in and stand in line. I’m trying to be positive and understanding but this is like an episode of Seinfeld. You can take orders but you can’t fill orders. And really it’s the filling of the order that’s important. Anybody can just take orders. But filling the order. That’s what’s important.
Finally got our food. 55 minutes past the time it was supposed to be fulfilled. Slapped together Cheese not melted no sauce.

I ordered through Grub hub and the order was fine, however I checked my account and found someone jacked my card number and made an Amazon purchase. I don’t know if it was the location or the Grub Hub driver or what. I won’t be ordering from this location or grubhub again.

My mom and i went in while they had a HUGE order from another restaurant! The 3 employees there were incredibly helpful and attentive while managing so many other tasks! They let us sample some of their meat and answered all of our questions quickly! They were so knowledgeable on everything! great service while having so many tasks at had:))

I had such a great experience at this store Nicole the manager was so friendly and helped me right away. They were so quick and made my sandwich with such quality . The produce at this store is top tier,best tomatoes and lettuce and the meat was so juicy. Kenzie makes the best southwestern cheesesteak. Such a nice staff highly recommend this store !
