They make a great sandwich, but, they need to read the online orders a little better. 9 out of 10 times I place an online order, I seem to get white bread when I specifically request wheat. If not for that I would gladly give 5 stars.

Highly disappointed with the service I received tonight. Sent my boyfriend to pick up sandwiches, he read off my text message that had our order and we receive two sandwiches wrong. Called in to report my issues and a gentleman named TJ claims that my boyfriend ordered the sandwiches wrong and is adamant that we as customers made the mistake. Regardless of how the issues came about weather my boyfriend ordered the sandwiches wrong or he misheard him and made the mistake on his end the unprofessionalism over the phone is unacceptable.

I can’t say enough great things about the management and staff at this location. I am a regular and they treat you like gold here. Not only are the friendly, they are personable and remember your orders and what you like. This is my store!!! These are my people!!! I have never been anywhere where the meal you get looks better than the picture on the menu! Super fresh and perfect every time. Thanks for being awesome!!! I never understood the trend of taking pictures of your food (seems pretty dumb) but this place would warrant that.
