As a celiac, I feel 100% safe eating at this restaurant. Whether its just a bowl with some protein, or an actual gluten free sub, its delicious every time. The manager and his team make certain everything is safe and there is no cross contamination at all. Always a great experience, and I advise all my friends, especially those with food allergies, to frequent this store!

Even when I tell them to not put mayo on my sandwiches they never listen dousing my sandwich with it. They treat their coworkers like trash. Second street location is 10x better they actually listen and are such better people to talk to.
The atmosphere in that place makes me feel uneasy and it’s a damn sandwich shop.
Only one of their employees made my order right and they just got rid of him like he’s nothing.

Every worker here has messed up my order in one way or another, aside from 1 who stood out every time he made my sandwich. The employees are rude, it feels like they have the awareness of a cardboard box, they put olive oil on my order right after I told them not to. I recommend not going to this establishment, as the one on 2nd street was much better. I will not be going to this location any longer

Brooke from Jersey mikes helped me to decide what to eat after a long day of being frazzled. She was very kind and asked me what my favorite things were so that she knew the kind of sandwich I could get after being so flustered all day. She really took my feelings into consideration, had wonderful customer service, and made my food as well! It was the most delicious sandwich I have ever reciever while going out! Was in Casper today ordered a Philly chicken sandwich and instead once I got home back to Campbell county, I opened it up and what the blank is this?????????? a BLT,,,,,, if they can’t get their orders right then I guess I will NOT give them my patronage ANYMORE …and I will tell others to stay away as well “absolutely ridiculous”.

Traveling through and stopped here. This place was filthy, not a single table was clean we asked if they could clean one and they handed us a rag. The restrooms were even more disgusting vomit was all over the men’s so was unwilling to use the facility’s. There was only one other person in the restaurant so did not see a reason staff could not do some cleaning.

I have never had a real issue through delivery and walk-in both. The folks here have always been pretty nice, I’ve always been able to get in, get what I need, and slip out.
I do find myself wishing they had better drinks. They’re typically out of one thing or other, but it doesn’t detract from my delicious sandwich!
