My overall experience at this location was pretty poor. I went this last Wednesday, four young men behind the counter just hanging out. I place my simple order #13, Mikes way with pickles. I get home no pickles, not a very big deal, take a bite out of the sandwich and the bread was completely stale. I couldn’t even eat half the sandwich and threw it away. I’m sorry but $12 for a sandwich, the bread can’t be stale like that, I got the wheat bread for reference.

What a great team this store has. While In they had a horrible customer yelling at them for her mistake. They dealt with it calmly and professionally. Will definitely come back.

Their customer service is amazing! One time my coworker at end had a road rage incident where somebody attacked her and I told the young ladies there to be careful. They gave me a coupon for a free giant sub for her. One time my paycheck didn’t arrive and I had no money for lunch. Since I was a regular patron they gave me a free sandwich and another coupon for a free sandwich and asked me how my friend was doing and if she was recovering okay. That’s how you keep customers! I was very touching it made me want to cry! Lucy and Noah are amazing!!!!

I highly do NOT recommend the drive thru at this location. I’ve been several times and every single time my order is messed up or completely wrong. I also usually wait about 20+ minutes in line even though there’s never more than 1 car ahead of me. Which is a bit wild; I feel like drive thru’s are supposed to be fast.
Also, whenever I do go inside (so I can watch them make my order and assure it’s done correctly) the staff is very unfriendly and acts like they’re being inconvenienced by my being there. It’s also kind of dirty…none of the tables have been wiped, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, etc.

My order was made incorrectly: wrong bread and extra ingredients added that were not requested. Accuracy matters, and this was a noticeable miss. The drive-through wait was also longer than expected. I’ve had better experiences here before, but this visit was disappointing and needs improvement.

I consistently never have a good experience here. Normally it’s typically teenager attitude from the staff. Now, today they may as well of given me someone else’s order than my own because what they gave me wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Highly disappointed

We had a great experience at this location! Chance made our subs and they were perfect and delicious. Bread was fresh, made exactly as we ordered them, and all the young men were polite and kind. Will definitely return.

Stopped in for a sandwich and was the only customer. Ordered an original Italian and the kid preparing my sandwich asked me 4 times to repeat my order, then proceeded to make my sandwich wrong..lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, mustard. Pretty straightforward id of thought. Not sure if it’s a lack of training or indifferent employees.

I ordered on doordash and they payed zero attention to what was on the ticket. I asked for no oil and the sandwich was drowning in oil, I said no red wine vinegar and the sandwich was drowning in it. This is the second time day in a row my order was messed up. Very unsatisfied and recommend that nobody go here if you want your order to be correct.

Love me some Jersey Mike’s! My two favorite subs are the Original Italian, Mike’s way, and the Big Kahuna. The Big Kahuna is like a Philly cheesesteak with jalapeños added to it. If you haven’t tried, I highly recommend you do. This restaurant is always clean and the staff here is always friendly and attentive. Subs are always made fresh right in front of you. The meat isn’t pre-sliced and just sitting in trays like some other places. It’s sliced right in front of you.
