Main Street location in Longmont. Not sure about first employee that started my sandwich. The second employee that put the rest of my ingredients on my sandwich stood there while waiting for the handoff of my sandwich. He proceeded to keep rubbing/scratching his leg and crotch with used gloves on. Same gloves he rang up previous customer with. Handled money with the gloves. After all this he put the rest of the ingredients on my sandwich. Did the same BS with the next customer. He was very nice so I didn’t say anything to them. I just threw it out!

Geez, have your employees put fresh gloves on when starting each customer. SUBWAY seems to be able to do that. You have better sandwiches. Change you friggin gloves please!

Next time going to the South Hover location to see if they use fresh gloves each customer.

0 starts for today i absolutely loved Jersey Mike. However, this experience today has made me not want to go back. I put in a pick up order which I do all the time and it was not ready. I walked in 5 minutes before they were in a rush. So I do understand that. However, the guy who was wrapping sandwiches was also handling money. And now I don’t even know if I want to eat. My actual sandwich they never change their gloves once just kept going. Again, I understand it was a rush. However, there is food safety and money handling. That was not done properly.

Private equity ruins absolutely everything that it touches and sandwich shops are no exception to that! Since the changing of ownership, everything is downhill; portion size, quality the only thing that hasn’t gone down is the price and guaranteed we’ll see that slowly rise over the coming months. JM’s was always maybe a little too big for their britches as far as pricing goes but now for what you get it’s ESPECIALLY not worth the buck. Just make a foot long at home, the kids will be happie, and you don’t have to deal with that BS parking lot!

Just ordered on line from My App that I have used for years..with my location…Card got charged, then got error message. I called store to let them know and was told by very rude manager Dave that it was my problem..He said I Probably ordered from different location..I told him thats not possible since my App is linked to there address…He then said not his problem basically and hung up..I called back and they will not respond…charged $58 and the worst customer service..I will dispute charge as there is no location that received my order. I am including pics of the charge today, the order history and my App.

While working in town, I tried a couple of items from Jersey Mike’s (delivered via DoorDash). The Mike’s Famous Philly was OK, but not something I’d order again. I’ve had proper cheesesteak sandwiches before, and Jersey Mike’s doesn’t come close to me.

On the other hand, the Club Supreme was pretty good and is something I’d order again. There was a nice amount of meat with the sandwich, so that was good. And it was filled from end to end, which is even better.

The chip selection is OK. They did have Nacho Doritos, but not Ranch Doritos. But that’s a minor thing.

On the whole, no complaints, even if the cheesesteak wasn’t up to my standards.

I had an employee deny what I wanted on my sandwich. He said it was”wasn’t recommended” when I’ve ordered it that way 30 times. Do better.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs. I always get hot subs, usually #42.
I almost always go to the one on Hover. I been going for years and must have been there over 100 times. They are ALWAYS clean, ALWAYS efficient, and have ALWAYS gotten my order right, no problem.
Employees are nice, they usually recognize me and we make polite small talk.
