Food and service were great. The restaurant has been super busy so I recommend ordering way ahead. My one complaint is the amount of time that it quoted me for my sub to be ready was WAY off and I was on my lunch break. I wish they could set realistic expectations on timelines for sandwiches. All in all, a good experience as the food was awesome and the workers were understanding when I was in a rush.

Honestly the worst Jersey mike’s experience I’ve ever had.
2 subs via the app and not a single thing was right. Cheese was added to a blt, no mayo… not sure how you mess up a blt.
Then we have the #13 (pictured) that was falling out of the wrapper.
Mind you I watched them attempt to make the blt for 20 minutes as I waited in the lobby. The bacon made to the bread… sat for 15 minutes before the staff went back and attempted to finish the sub.

Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, decent sized. The first time we ordered, the sandwiches were great. The next time we went, the sandwiches were rather soggy, but next time I’ll just ask for the dressing on the side.
Despite them being busy, they were professional and fast. We made an error with the order pick up time over the mobile app, called them, and they said no problemo and accommodated the change in pick up time. When we arrived, it looked like they had 7 or 8 well-trained employees working quickly and efficiently. Great customer service despite being slammed. We’ll be back again soon!

Went on opening day and it was a great turnout. They had tons of employees and everyone was friendly. Even though the lines were long, the wait time really wasn’t bad, which was a nice surprise. The chicken bacon ranch sub definitely hit the spot. I’ll be stopping by again in the future to see how this place does.

Ordered online came in about 10 minutes after pick up estimate and they hadn’t made our food and wouldn’t make our order. Would only make peoples orders that hadnt ordered ahead. Super weird and rude. Waited 40 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready. Go to Jimmy John’s instead

Now that the grand opening is over, and all the support staff from other locations is gone….it’s become typical summit county bs. They are overwhelmed and I’m sure underpaid. It’s the type of place where they can’t keep orders straight; I waited 20min for a simple Italian and turns out they had completely skipped the in person order. Left without a sandwich.
