Way less meat than normal and unmelted cheese on cheesesteak. What happened?

Edit: They provided an email address to reach out to, which I did. They have not responded after 72 hours. Additional detail from my visit: a guy behind the counter offered 3 teens free drinks for providing 5 star reviews, so be careful with trusting any of these positive reviews. This place has gone extremely downhill.

The night time manager is amazing, not sure what his name is but I’ll gladly recommend this location to anyone. I love how he has a way to make it a whole jersey experience with his great customer service, definitely the Jersey mikes way. I used to be a director of marketing for jersey mikes in Seattle and I would love someone like him when I was with the company. I am a very busy person and I really wanted to take the time to acknowledge this location and it’s dedication to it’s community.

Ordered through the website, paid for a giant turkey club sub, which was supposed to have bacon and some extra add on. Didn’t have any of the add-ons on the sandwich. Waited for 20 extra minutes to get the food and was actually excited until I unwrapped it. Tried calling the location multiple times and could tell they were just hanging up the phone or letting it ring. If I knew I’d be receiving a turkey and provolone for the price of a turkey club sub….I would have…ya know…bought the turkey and provolone sandwich instead. Please do better.

Great sandwiches and excellent choices. Devin is awesome, but the whole team is so eager to please the customer. My favorite is the Italian, but even the Philly cheese is great. The store is always clean, and the service very quick. I probably eat here once a week.
Try the rosemary bread because it adds flavor to the quality ingredients.
I picked up a couple of boxes for my entire family, and everyone loved them. A big thank you to Devin and his team.

I have been coming to this location a number of years. Recently, it seems like the quality of the indoor pickup experience has drastically declined. On multiple occasions, while the store was not busy, I’ve had to correct an employee while they were making a single sandwich. Also, online orders are seem prioritized which can make the takeout experience take far longer than necessary.

Living overseas I miss a proper sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is the best of the fast food sandwich chains. The service at this is friendly and efficient. The interior is bright but could use a little more wiping down of the tables. My favorite sub at JM is the Italian. It’s a yummy sub but what would make it a great sub is better bread. If you’re looking for a fast place to get a sub for lunch, this is a good option.

Have to day this shop is horrible. Went in to try it out and was horrified but whst i saw. I will never return again. I saw management at this franchise talking down to their employees in a way that disgusted me. I am a small business owner myself and your people are everything. Unprofessional ownership.

My sub was tasty. Service was cordial. However, the food debris on the counter and watching sub after sub being assembled on the dirty counter was upsetting. The server still didn’t wipe it after I mentioned it. I asked him if he would at least lay some butcher paper down so my sub didn’t have to lay in the stray ingredients. If that wasn’t enough, the gentleman didn’t change his gloves after slicing the meat and proceeded to add veggie choices, cross contaminating the toppings from the meat. It’s not a training thing. He was just careless and rushing. I hope to never see such again.

Subs are always excellent here. Love the Club Sub. The manager Devin is a really nice guy and is great at customer service. He is one of the many reasons why we chose this Jersey Mike’s. They have a great crew here that makes you feel like family. Keep up the great work. A+++++
