We stopped by Jersey Mike’s Subs and had a good overall experience. The food was fresh, well-made, and prepared exactly as ordered. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything was put together neatly, which I appreciate.

That said, while the sub was good, it wasn’t my personal favorite compared to other sandwich spots. This comes down more to preference than quality—the flavors just didn’t stand out to me as much as I hoped. Still, there was nothing wrong with the food, and others who enjoy this style of sub will likely be very happy.

The service was efficient and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-run. If you’re looking for a reliable, consistent sub with fresh ingredients, Jersey Mike’s is a solid option. It may not be my go-to sandwich place, but it’s dependable and worth trying if you haven’t been.

I told the girl no oregano & she still put it on. Not a huge deal I just wiped all of the stuff off that touched it. I always say light hot mustard and it seems like no one at this location understands how to do this. They can get slammed in this location with online orders. I wish they offered more options like black olives and cucumbers but Overall I do enjoy the sandwiches & my sons love them.

Food was good!
One employee used the gloves he had on to use the cash register, handle cash and change and then preceded to touch all the food on my sandwich. I the asked if they could re-make it which the older gentleman had no problem but the younger gentleman decided he was going to tell me he never touched it and lie to my face. Then he said he was in the wrong which im glad he admitted and when I thought that was all done he preceded to mock me and act like I was crazy for not wanting those nasty gloves on my food.
This happens at alot of jersey Mike’s and needs to be handled from the top.

I had the BEST sandwich from Jersey Mike’s! Everything was made perfectly—exactly the way I ordered it. The bread was fresh, the toppings were crisp, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. I love how generous they are with the ingredients too. Super fresh, super delicious, and definitely hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back for another!

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 2:18 pm. Showed up at 2:15 and every employee asked what order I had and that they were working on it. It is now 2:45 and still waiting and have seen about 10 people walk up and get helped before me and still waiting

Best cheesesteak in Parker, I’m from Philly and if you order it correctly it’s pretty darn good (better than the other spot) get the Giant, make sure to tell them mayo on BOTH sides of the bun (bottom) add lettuce, tomato, pickles and (if you like) banana peppers, slight bit of S/P… boom it’s

The food is usually okay, and sometimes quite good. The service ranges from horrible to acceptable. My latest visit was bad enough that I won’t be going back anytime soon. We arrived at about 11:20 hoping for quick service. There was only one other customer in the store, but we all had to wait on the staff to make a bunch of online orders before making our food.

It took 15-20 minutes for the other customer and us to get our four sandwiches. Unacceptable in my book.

I bothered to go into the store to give you my business, and I still had to wait on an online order. In-store customers should have priority, and if you are too short staffed to keep up, turn off the online order system.

Management is clearly checked out at this location. Ownership needs to get involved to fix things.

i had a coupon that was expiring and i didnt have any time in my schedule to go earlier. closed early. showed up at 8:55 and the door was locked. a worker made eye contact and then looked away, ignoring me. the light sign reading “open” was still on, and the door said that it is open all 7 days a week from 10am-9pm. frustrated and probably won’t go back. its just ridiculous. would not recommend

Food was meh and way too expensive for what we got. The brownies were the only decent thing. The ‘chicken salad’ was basically a bowl of mayo with a hint of chicken , and my sub was so soggy with mayo and oil it could’ve doubled as a sponge. Overpriced, disappointing—maybe I’d risk coming back for the brownies, but that’s it.

I ordered online and then had to wait 15 minutes after pickup time. Why order ahead? Customer Service is bad.
