That said, while the sub was good, it wasn’t my personal favorite compared to other sandwich spots. This comes down more to preference than quality—the flavors just didn’t stand out to me as much as I hoped. Still, there was nothing wrong with the food, and others who enjoy this style of sub will likely be very happy.
The service was efficient and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-run. If you’re looking for a reliable, consistent sub with fresh ingredients, Jersey Mike’s is a solid option. It may not be my go-to sandwich place, but it’s dependable and worth trying if you haven’t been.
One employee used the gloves he had on to use the cash register, handle cash and change and then preceded to touch all the food on my sandwich. I the asked if they could re-make it which the older gentleman had no problem but the younger gentleman decided he was going to tell me he never touched it and lie to my face. Then he said he was in the wrong which im glad he admitted and when I thought that was all done he preceded to mock me and act like I was crazy for not wanting those nasty gloves on my food.
This happens at alot of jersey Mike’s and needs to be handled from the top.
It took 15-20 minutes for the other customer and us to get our four sandwiches. Unacceptable in my book.
I bothered to go into the store to give you my business, and I still had to wait on an online order. In-store customers should have priority, and if you are too short staffed to keep up, turn off the online order system.
Management is clearly checked out at this location. Ownership needs to get involved to fix things.
