It was to be delivered to a patient in Room 16. Name of business was Littleton Care & Rehab Center. I clicked on “hand deliver” because patient is paralyzed. Instead Alonso just dropped it off at the front desk & left. It was 11:15am, patient finally called Front Desk & they found it at 12:33pm. Nothing like paying for a cold sandwich & warm can of soda for almost $25. Snarf’s is just down the road & delivered food to him the other day without a problem. He loved Snarf’s. If you want good service for delivery, AVOID this location at all costs!! Patient LOVES Jersey Mike’s but this one is a waste of time & money! Lazy or reading issues or just don’t care about service!!

While walking in, the customer in line before us was smiling and having a good talk with the team, and I was like…..this guy is happy to be here? But after we went through the great customer service experience, I see why!
It was a friendly and cheerful customer service experience and that is something that is uncommon nowadays.

The guys working tonight we’re so incredibly kind! They listened to my 8 year old and not only made her sandwich exactly how she wanted but talked her through the process and showed her how the meat slicer worked. They were so patient and kind to my curious child. We’ve always had great food here but the service is what will keep us coming back! Thank you!

Second jersey mikes location I’ve tried and I’m still not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. There were a few people in the store and many employees in the back, yes crumbs all over tables, chairs and floors and drink spills or spots all over the drink counter. Some was dried on so it had been there a while. Homeboy with the long hair hanging all over cutting meat needs to have a hair net on or keep his hair under his hat. He’s gross.
Food was great, as usual. I got the 13 miles way. Delicious. My buddy got the same and it was good! Had the cups and cookies and I must say those cookies are good!
