I usually love going to this store. Mainly because the food is great and the staff is friendly. However, tonight was not it. When I walked in around 8:40 pm the staff looked surprised to see me. One person was sweeping behind the counter while the other was counting the drawer (possibly supervisor). The girl sweeping finally asked what they could get started for me. I ordered two kids meals and the girl counting the drawer at the cash register said I’d have to give her a minute. I was totally fine with waiting.
After 5 minutes she gave me a total. I then said that I still needed to order two more things subs. She got VISIBLY irritated and her tone changed completely. She gave me the new total, then walked away as I started entering in my phone number. The girl who had been sweeping and originally asked what she could get started walked over to finish my payment since I was holding a gift card.
The other girl (supervisor?) was clearly annoyed which was compounded by the fact that she was having trouble with the slicer. She then asked the other girl if one of the slicers was clean before stalking to the back. Her tone was rude when asking me about the sandwich meat which actually started to irritate me.
I ordered two of the number 8s for the additional sandwiches which come with bacon. One was missing that all together.
After my sandwiches were handed to me we had walked out at 8:52 pm and noticed the OPEN sign wasn’t even on. My guess is the attitude came from us walking in assuming they were still open but apparently were closed.
Not sure if I want to visit that location.

I work at the school nearby and often go here for lunch, never disappointed. Today, the employee who took my order (Kyle) managed to make both my subs in the ~5 min drive it took to get here. Kyle is an absolute legend. The employees here are killing it. Oh, and the subs were incredible too.

It’s always busy at lunch time. But that means that people order very often and because the food is always excellent. Best chain sub sandwich, no question. I couldn’t even get a photo of my sub before I crushed it in my car. Bread was fantastic, meat cut to order, staff is always nice even when they are busy. Don’t even try the other guys down the street.

This is our go to Jersey Mike’s shop. We’ve been getting subs here for a few years now, and it’s always been very good. This last time it’s changed. Italian sub had really stale bread, so much so even my kids noticed it and complained. Cheese steak seemed to have much less meat, again noticed by kids first. Hopefully this isn’t the future of this establishment. Maybe quality is going down since it’s been sold? Anyway, we’ll try it again but if it’s still, as my kids said with the last experience, “a sub below,” we’ll have to move on to a new place.

Good sandwiches most of the time, but unfortunately I have been given a sandwich more than a couple times that wasn’t what I ordered (ordered online). Sandwich taste isn’t the problem, so even though they were wrong they still taste good. But need to work on their communication. If they needed to sub an ingredient or were out of the ingredient, they should be informing the customer. If I was informed of the problem, I would have ordered something else instead of getting the substitution. But they didn’t so I got stuck with something I wouldn’t have preferred. Makes me sad because I love Jersey Mikes and have been ordering for years, but this location might be a bit of a problem

I eat at this location 1 to 3 times per week, as my office is very close to here. The sandwiches are delicious, all of the staff members are friendly and attentive, and the tables are cleaned often between waves of guests.
If there is ever a mistake in my order it is only because they are very slammed and spread thin with catering and app delivery orders, which to me is quite understandable with this location being in the DTC area. This place can sometimes be very busy around noon, so have some patience if you drop in at that time – the delicious sandwich you receive will reward you for your patience! I highly recommend any of the cheesesteaks, but you really can’t go wrong.
