Brody, those were hands down the best sandwiches we’ve had in the last two years. Absolutely delicious, mind-blowing, and just freaking amazing. Cheesesteak #43 was on another level — truly outstanding.

Ashley the manager always had a smile on her face and has her team inspired. It’s not the normal at fast food to experience so it’s a nice change. Food is always fresh!

It pains me to see how the manager/trainer/owner (lady with Red hair) treats the new employees in training, not to mention in full display of customers. These are kids learning and she berated them as if they are building a rocket. I felt bad for the kid in training. If this store has high turnover I would put my money on the management.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a number for add mayonnaise. They literally squeeze the entire bottle of mayonnaise on here. It’s absolutely disgusting by the time I got home. We were unable to eat the sandwich. It was so soggy absolutely disgusting. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my absolute life I will be posting pictures. Somebody shut the Jersey Mike’s down. I asked for mayonnaise so I guess that’s made someone mad and they decided to put on as much as possible to ruin the sandwich that’s a sad sad person and I won’t be to any jersey mikes. There are too many options in this world now to stick to just one when you’re paying high prices for food these days I expect high price delivery with my food experience all around, no matter where I’m at

I recently visited Jersey Mikes and ordered a Chicken Philly. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as the chicken was noticeably undercooked. I noticed the sandwich began to get colder and towards the end, I opened it and knew immediately why.

The staff working the reguster was was polite, but this oversight in food preparation is concerning and needs to be addressed to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. I hope they improve their quality control measures soon.

Gluten allergy- bread was very dry. (more than normal) lady behind counter wasn’t real happy to be at work that day.
Sandwich would have been A+ had the bread been fresh.

Frustrating when they have your phone number but can’t call and ask if you would like white or wheat bread cuz they are out of rosemary cheese bread. The bread is sliced inconsistently. And they charge PIF for whatever that is?! The employees can’t even tell you what it is. One day soon I’ll get a decent order. Oh and don’t ask to wrap your giant sandwich in 2 halves to share with friend or save for later…..they charge more for that! Ridiculous.

I’ve loved this location for months, mainly because they always have sweet tea and usually get orders right. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a decline in quality, the sandwiches seem sloppy and customer service wasn’t the best. I get that working in food service can be tough, but taking frustrations out on customers isn’t the solution. Maybe look into ways to improve for the future? Also, don’t assume people who don’t leave online tips are cheap, some might prefer to tip in cash.

Decent sub nothing fancy or that good. A step up from subway. Quality has gone down over the last few years after their corporate buyout. Get it Mike’s way otherwise you’re gonna be wishing you had some more flavor in your sandwich.
