My visit with my boyfriend yesterday was unfortunately a bad experience. While we were excited for our order, the wait time was long. We waited patiently, but the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable due to what felt like dirty looks or rudeness from the employees directed toward us. This made us feel unwelcome and awkward.
A further issue was a near mix-up of our order with the customer behind us. There was no clear communication from the staff about why our order was delayed or what the confusion was. I understand that things can get busy, but better communication would have improved the situation significantly. We ultimately did not feel comfortable with the level of service provided. The food tasted good but the atmosphere really impacted our experience. I frequently come here and never had this happen.

All my life I have ordered Subway sandwiches. I like Subway sandwiches. But one day my brother brought home a Jersey Mike’s sandwich. I felt the sandwich was above and beyond and very good. Tonight I decided to order my first time. I was at home so my husband went to Jersey Mike’s at Hampden and Tower and asked one of the employees there if I could talk to him over the speaker of my phone and order a sandwich as I had many questions about what they offer. A very nice gentleman who was so willing to help Jermaine helped me with the order. The sandwich was very good . The roast beef was very good quality . My only suggestion is to make the bread a little bit thinner. They also don’t have a way to make a hot sandwich other than the one that they serve like subway you can have the cheese melted on the meat Etc. But I came up with a solution and warmed it up in my house and it was just absolutely delicious. I love the lettuce on there and everything else. We got the huge sandwich because you can actually be a meal for three people for around $20. Jermaine seemed happy to help me with this unusual request and because of that I am writing this five-star review. These days in this world there seems to be so much distress negativity and toxicity. What I want to say is Jermaine was patient, kind and tolerant with me. I appreciate that so much Jermaine and want everybody to know the good customer service is so appreciated in this world today. I know for me if I can smile or say hello or make a difference in someone’s life I will do it. I own my own business of 27 years as a professional pet sitter and I understand what good service means. Thank you again. My name is Lynn and I will definitely be back treat this time in person so I can say hello face to face.

I have ordeeed hot and cold sandwiches here and have loved them all. I only order the biggest sizes and always wish I ordered 2 sandwiches when I finish the one.
They are light years ahead of all the other sandwich places. If you haven’t tried them you need to change that immediately!

Ordered a roast beef & provolone with everything EXCEPT onions. What i got was onions ONLY.

Order accuracy at this location is sub-par at best. Doesn’t matter how you order delivery, they just can’t get it right. We live close and order often, and there is something wrong about 90% of the time. Sometimes is something easy like pulling cheese off a sandwich that was ordered without, sometimes they randomly add bacon to a roast beef sandwich making it inedible. Wish they could get their act together.

The guy was very friendly and helpful. Nice that they slice all the deli meat fresh. Plus he informed me of a free drink because of where I work, which was cool. They serve pepsi so that was a thumbs up too!!

I am pregnant due on Christmas day and I just cannot get enough of this place two days in a row now for different subs and chocolate chip cookies and that cherry soda like are you kidding me this is just incredible every crumb of everything. I ate my lunch in bed because it’s a snow day… can’t ask for much more.

Closing crew on 8/8/25 need a raise Mike! These folks knocked out some walk in lady with like 8 sandwichs, online orders and MORE walk ins, 30 minutes before closed. Efficient service, wonderful people. A staff that definitely deserves their flowers ASAP!

A newcomer to JMS. This visit presented me an opportunity to try the classic Turkey and Cheese. Ordered a regular sized on wheat, which seemed smaller than what I expected. Let it be known, I ordered my sub to go and brought it to my home (5 mins drive away). Opening the parchment, the sub was messy and it just felt like it was missing both sufficient toppings and assembly to warrant the price paid. Still it was very tasty and I enjoyed it, but just hoped it was a higher quality product.
