Arrived at midweek early afternoon on the first day of opening. It was busy with approximately 15 people in the service line that did however move quickly. There was also a dozen employees. There is some seating available on the inside of the store as are restrooms. There is a menu with a large assortment of different types of sandwiches on the backboard along with a paper takeout menu. I ordered a club supreme, came with roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. Most sandwiches have three different prices ranging from about $7.50 for the mini size to $10.95 for the regular size and the giant size of anywhere from 18 to $19.00. You have four different types of breads to choose from white, wheat, rosemary parmesan and gluten free. I added additional toppings like tomatoes which was generous, shredded lettuce, oil and vinegar and pepper along with some pickles. The sandwich tasted excellent. You can add chips and drinks. They have a chips and drink combo for about $4.50 or individually you can purchase a bag of chips for $2 and a fountain drink for about $3. There is also a kids meal menu for $6.50. Overall, my experience was good even though it was opening day and they were busy. However, I think prices are a little on the high side especially if you add in a drink and a bag of chips with your sandwich. You will be going out the door for at least 15 to $16.

Went in today and man. What a great sandwich and service. After too many years of the underwhelming other guys in town. (You know which one ) This was just what we needed. Us blue collar guys don’t have a lot of time to stop for lunch. This place hit the spot. Had the bug kahuna and the chicken bacon ranch. Normally don’t review chains or places like this. But the service was great and the sandwich was Perfect.

If grand slam had an emoji the jersey mikes in Fredericksburg TX would be that emoji! I WENT ALL IN AND ORDERED THE BEEF BACON RANCH. CHANGED MY LIFE! Overall, staff was great, sandwich was amazing. It’s another good option added to the Fredericksburg, Texas portfolio. They’re gonna be around for a while. Stop in. They have a vast menu, not much room on the inside, so I advise using the barcode and ordering ahead of time. I actually took a picture of the barcode and will upload that. Overall everything I was hoping!

I have been going to the new place in Fredericksburg weekly for about 3 months, and I almost gave up until my visit last week and now am finally able to give a good rating. I always go early, so it’s never been crowded. Whatever has changed is definitely working. The staff working the line was finally friendly and for the first time listened to me when I ordered. I hated the atmosphere before and was actually relieved when I made it to the cashier because that was always the only friendly face in the place. The food is great so please continue with the new attitude!

Went in with a large order for my coworkers, about 9 large sandwiches. All made correctly and they even offered me a free drink while I waited on my hot subs to be finished! Staff was friendly and the store was very clean! So glad we have a Jersey Mike’s here now!

Wife & I stopped in at Jersey Mike’s last week while traveling for a football game and we were lucky enough to meet Steven, the owner’s son. He put together a Beef Bacon Ranch that absolutely blew us away. The flavor combo was spot-on.
Honestly, this sandwich deserves a permanent spot on the menu. If you get the chance, ask for it. Big thanks to Steven for creating something this good—I can’t recommend it enough!

Got my 2 cold sandwiches quick but waited at least 30 minutes for my 2 hot sandwiches. The staff seemed more focused on the online orders and instead of working those in between in-store customers. They make you wait and take care of the online orders that aren’t even there to pick up yet. I get there’s a time to have those done by but what happen to common courtesy and taking care of the people who are standing in front of you first? One of the staff members also wasn’t very kind and had an attitude towards customers like we were bothering him. I always have said if you don’t like your job then don’t work there, otherwise do what your getting paid to do and in a kind professional way. The food was OK but not worth the wait. I won’t be going back.
