First time at Jersey Mike’s and Aiden was such a nice young person who helped and advised me and my girlfriend for our likings. We ordered a tuna sandwich and a veggie sandwich and it’s so much better then we expected. Aiden made it so good and he was very nice to us. That goes a long way for me and my girlfriend. Shout out to him. We will be going back for sure!

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s. I got the buffalo chicken and it was good. A little heavy on the blue cheese dressing, but other than that it was really good. The bread was fresh and crispy. The hubby got cold cuts and it was the first time I’ve seen them add vinegar. He liked it a lot. I’ll have to try that next time. The staff was quick and super friendly. Plus the restaurant participates in donating to different charities. I loved the whole experience.

Employees were cheerful, warm and helpful. Entire place was clean, I observed good communication amongst staff and manager asked me about my experience. I was torn between 2 options and the smiling employee suggested a THIRD option that ended up being out of this world. Can’t wait to go back!

Went to this location on 12/10 around 8 and when I was ordering I’m not sure if that was a manager or an employee but all I could hear and see is someone hysterically crying . The workers looked like they didn’t know what to do to help her and only one of them was handling the customers on her own props to that girl! Not a 0/10 experience from Jm wouldn’t recommend management needs to get their workers in check because that’s not professional

Service and food has unfortunately declining in recent months. Not sure if the B team was on today, but they had me waiting out on curbside when I saw my order on the counter ready to go. Thought maybe I should wait since they were a bit busy, but no one was at the counter ordering. Waited 6 minutes past my pickup time and just opted to go inside anyway. Person at the front was nice, he offered a free drink. If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn’t have written anything. But this is the second time this has happened, and the first time I waited longer.
In addition, the sandwich itself was not well made. It was smaller than usual, and extremely dry and chewy. Its dryness made it lack really any flavor that differentiates it from regular sandwiches. It was definitely missing their oils. No doubt that Jersey Mikes has the best sandwiches, but if you’re looking for a good sandwich I’d pick their other locations.

Im so happy they finally opened a location here at my city Edinburg, i used to live in LA i always missed these delicious subs i just tried the mikes philly a classic one with chipotle mayo is freaking delicious same quality as the ones from LA

Every time we get our subs we get excellent service and extremely delicious food. They always have fresh vegetables and their cold cuts are on point. Totally recommend you try these subs, because once you try them, you will make them your favorite.

Jersey Mikes i love you but please stop rationing around. Yall always make my subs thick and filling but these last two orders i got have been lacking

Great location, great food , great subs. Open and welcoming ambience . Tried a number 17 , a classic Philly sub. Fresh bread , meats cut fresh and cheese sliced daily. This place makes subway subs look like pre packaged frozen subs!!!
