These guys are great. Service was fantastic. Speed was awesome. Less than 5 minutes waiting. Food was delicious and team members were happy. The product look fresh and the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it!! This is the place to stop by if you want a good sandwich.

It used to be a great crew on employees at this location. It was all new faces when I got food here today, and it was the worst experience ive ever had at a jersey mikes. wont go back. One young male employee had attitude because he had to fix my sandwich that was not prepared properly, infact they never even asked me what i wanted on the sandwich, they just shoved it in a bag without asking. that is not the mikes way! just terrible.

Walked in, ordered my regular giant #6 on wheat, mike’s way, and it was made PERFECT. The service was awesome. They had all staff all hands on deck. No one was sitting around doing nothing. Everyone behind the counter was working and when every customer was served, they restocked their fresh ingredients. The restaurant was clean and so was the eating area. Work stations were also constantly cleaned off for making new sandwiches. This team was awesome.

Tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time recently and unfortunately my wife and I are addicted to them now! The worse thing is that they are located on my way home from work, which means I stop by very often. The seasonings and flavors are so unique, we can’t get food like this at any other sub restaurant.
This location is always very clean and the staff is always kind and willing to help.

Food was good but would have enjoyed it better if the kitchen area was not extremely dirty. They had many employees there, not sure why one of them couldn’t clean it up a bit. Not just on the floors but underneath the grill was also disgusting. Lots of trash in that area too, did not get a pic of that but you’ll see it from the order line. They had a spray bottle of cleaners on the floor right by the mean cooler. Service was pretty slow for only 2 people in front of us and 4-5 workers. I haven’t seen that many workers in a small place like that in a while. Looked like too many people were scheduled. Someone should have been cleaning.

They were very considerate of my gluten allergy. From cleaning the equipment to having gluten free bread and not touching anything before handling my food.
The sandwich was tasty. I meant to take a photo of it before I ate it for the review but I only remembered when I was almost done so let that speak for me.

Really disorganized … placed an online order 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrived, they said they were behind … then said someone maybe took the order (had I not asked I would not have known). They apologized and the food was good otherwise.
