I’m definitely a Jersey Mike’s gal!! Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! The service is quick and staff are always friendly! I’ve had a few different choices off their menu but my favorite is the #3 (ham and provolone)- its soo yummy!! It is a bit small on the inside but they do have outdoor sitting areas with shade! I will not go to any other sandwich shop, Jersey Mike’s is it for me
Updated review; the last 3 times we’ve ordered through the app, they have got our order wrong and of course we don’t know until we’re already home. It’s better to go in and order because apparently they have a difficult time reading the online orders.

I ordered a #8 sub online just as it comes with mayonnaise. I got it mikes way which I did not order. After being told at least 10 times that I did order it that way Buy the manager. I started raising my voice because I did not get anywhere near the Mike Way on my order. I’m sick and tired of people trying to tell other people what they did when they didn’t. She doesn’t want to credit me for my order because she says I ordered it that way. Yep, I ended up cussing at her and hanging up. When it was picked up, there was five people working no people inside the restaurant and the manager’s excuse was they were understaffed.. Does it really take five people to make one sandwich and then not make it right whatever I will never order anything from Jersey Mike’s again you can keep my $11.69. You obviously need it more than I do.

Catered an office lunch for 15. Took the order – and kept the order – food was ready on time. Staff enjoyed the sandwiches. Food was just as advertised, well prepared, ready on time, met expectations. Well done!

The sandwiches here are great! Fresh quality ingredients everytime you order. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. You have to try the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. This place destroys the competition (subway, Jimmy John’s) the owners of this franchise are locals!

Great Jersey Mikes (as most all of them are, somehow) with incredibly friendly staff that are cooking up some delicious sandwiches. At one point as we were eating in, the lunch rush had completed and I noticed that instead of standing around, every single staff member behind the counter was cleaning work spaces, sweeping floors, and restocking the counter items. It was really impressive. If I had to knock one thing, it would be a smaller dining area than I’m used to – on the day we were there (a Wednesday at high noon) every table was filled, so we might not have been able to find a seat if we had come 10 minutes later – but for Jersey Mikes, I would eat in my car 😉

Service sucks and if you get what you ordered in a timely manner and correct, count yourself extremely lucky.
Portions are skimpy and inconsistent, along with being wrong more often than right!
Management is equivalent to what you would get at McDonald’s.
Bottom line is this place has turned into another Kerrville dump run by whatever they can hire !

Jersey Mikes was not a complete disappointment but I will say it is pricey for the size of sandwich that you get compared to other sandwich shops. I got the regular Turkey sandwich Mikes way, chips and drink around $16-$17. The seating is very limited and the overall store is cramped especially when busy. I must say that my sandwich was good but if I’m going to spend this kind of money on food I’m going to a sit down restaurant and eat more comfortable. We had to sit outside due to limited space in 100 degrees weather.
