1st off the sub was delicious. Now the problems.
1. lack of attention to detail
( I ordered a number 9 no swiss or turkey and replace with provolone and prosciuttini. Neither of which were substituted.)
2 I ordered on parmesan bread but received what look like wheat but could possibly be white bread.
Other than that, the sandwhich was dressed nice and plenty flavorful.

I’d never tried Jersey Mike’s and visited for the first time today, to get sandwiches for me and my daughter. When I walked in, I saw a big pan of bacon that looked soooo good lol and chose the BLT
I noticed the employee didn’t put any cheese on the sandwich, just bread and bacon, so I asked what kind of cheeses they had. The response I received…”cheese is extra” When I go to a restaurant, I expect to pay for anything I ask for. Cause that’s how it works, right? So I asked my question again and got a real answer the second time.
Let me say again, I’d never been to a Jersey Mike’s. So idk how they do things. I just know how I like a sandwich. The employee slapped two cold thick slices of American cheese between the bread and bacon and then asked me what else I wanted on the sandwich. How about some HEAT?!
I asked if they could melt the cheese and they walked towards the grill like I was inconveniencing them. At that point, I didn’t even want anything anymore. You won’t have me up at 2am on the bc you made my food with an attitude. I paid for my daughter’s combo, and we left.
I did try my daughter’s sandwich when we got home and it was so I gave them two stars instead of 1.

Staff and manager George are fast , efficient, fresh ingredients, sweet staff, they take the time to get your order perfect, I used to have my regular order, most of the staff had it memorized, I have since switched it up from staff recommendations which never disappoint

Place a mobile order at 6:16 PM, said it will be ready by 6:30. I get there a little early sit down and let them know I’m there they proceed to make every single walk-in for the next 30 minutes before they make my mobile order I asked him about the status of the order they got an attitude with me. My order was one sub and I didn’t get it till 6:53. Poor organization by the management and staff.

The service at this location is consistently unreliable. On multiple occasions, our sandwich orders have been prepared incorrectly, even after clearly specifying the details. If you order a sandwich here, I recommend checking it before leaving or watching as it’s made to ensure it’s correct.

As far as sub sandwiches – this is the BEST place to go. They give generous amounts of meat (the one with a huge stack of meat, was a double meat portion – my husband always gets double meat).
We get the Parmesan bread – which is so good, definitely will always get this as long as they have it. We both get “The Original Italian”. They always cut the meat fresh, in front of you – which lets you see how fresh it is. We top with our favorite veggies, oil & vinegar, spicy mustard – and we’re good to go!
Now my mouth is watering for another Jersey Mike’s – and I know you want to go now too!

“I arrived at this place at 8:45 pm, but they refused to take my order because the employees were already cleaning and had stored the food. I tried placing the order from home through the app, but it didn’t allow me, so I decided to come in person. However, the workers decided to turn off the ‘open’ sign 15 minutes before 9.”

Need better hand hygiene. You should not check someone else out and touch the register and someone else’s money and then go back and make another sandwich without changing your gloves.

Ordered an online order when I opened up the wrap this is what I got ! The part the bread that is half missing is hard and crunchy … like it’s 3 day old bread. Not even sure how you think it’s ok to serve this bread . Jersey Mikes has always been solid . This is a complete fail .

Horrible customer service. I have a recording of how rude the manager George is, so there’s no way he can lie his way out of this. He made my teenage daughter cry and refused to give her a refund when she tried to cancel an order because she accidentally ordered at the wrong location during her lunch break. He laughed at her. When I called, I was super nice and tried to reason with him about how teenagers can make mistakes and we’re all human. He, and I quote, said “Well, this is a valuable lesson for her to learn but I’m not giving her a refund. He definitely should not be a manager!!!
