I love this place. Always can get a good sandwich. I get the same sandwich every time and it’s made perfectly.
However today I was extremely disappointed.
Whoever made my sandwich doused it in vinegar oil. I don’t mean a splash here and there. It was so soaked in oil, it made the bottom bread soggy, it was gross to hold. I couldn’t taste anything but the vinegar oil. =(

Very disappointing experience. Staff gave me the wrong sandwich and instead of correcting it politely, they were rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Emyly even raised her voice in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and made the situation worse. The service was so poor I couldn’t even finish my food.

Service was impolite from the start, employee was on her phone when I arrived. To be honest, that’s not a big deal to me since no one else was in the store, but the lady seemed agitated when she came to take my order. While she was making my sandwich, I thought I noticed something on the cheese but I didn’t say anything because honestly, my eyesight is not good. She looked at me, but I thought, “no way, there’s nothing on there. No one would do that.” I get to my car and check – just in case – lo and behold, there is something fuzzy on my sandwich. It’s not mold or hair but it looks like just a random ball of debris that has lots of strands like hair. Doesn’t really matter what it was. I did not eat the sandwich, but went to my class since I was running behind. When I came back, the same lady was there and saw I had an issue. She inspected the sandwich and said she saw nothing. So I told her, I wouldn’t bring back a sandwich I bought when I was HUNGRY if there was no issue. Then SHE got an attitude with ME. I was not rude to this lady, but didn’t receive proper service. And then you want to get annoyed? Really poor experience overall. I was granted a refund – thank you. However, she was very impolite and couldn’t even muster a “sorry for the inconvenience.” She said, “I don’t see anything but I’ll give a refund anyway.” Luckily, I took a photo (after the sandwich had melted a bit, unfortunately, so the photo is not great). These employees don’t care, long story short. A mistake doesn’t bother me, but RUDENESS does. Definitely won’t be coming back.

For a very expensive sandwich I was very disappointed with the service and my sandwich. They put a ton of vinegar and oil on my sandwich it made the bread very soggy. The young man made my sandwich the entire time as If he was irritated. The workers don’t speak up when you’re talking to them . I get the register and scanned for my rewards and pay . For the young lady to tell me the scanner didn’t go through for the rewards after the fact I already purchased the sandwich. Those sandwiches are too expensive to not receive the benefits of what comes with being a reward member .
