Sarah, a Jersey Mikes employee here, just about made my year with her quality of service and kind demeanor towards me. I had a simple question about a menu item, which she answered promptly. She gave me the time of day as a customer, with a gentle sense of humor! On top of the consistently high-quality food served at this location, I have to say that I was also very impressed with the high-quality customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Sarah. They make this location of Jersey Mikes truly a place for sandwiches above the rest. Please reward her for her time, as she earned this positive review!

We walked in at 845 and immediately told us all they had was wheat bread we said ok …..then when asked what we wanted they said no tomatoes I guess no tomatoes in the restaurant at all they just looked clueless pretty much…. I understand that we walked in late but overall bad service like I’m speechless to even write this because it’s the world we live in. No mannerisms tought .

Staff was polite but also kinda didn’t seem like they wanted to engage customers. The bathrooms have an awful smell that kinda lingers out to the dining area and makes it hard to eat we honestly left before finishing because it made me lose my appetite. We were not informed that the ice machine wasn’t working until after we paid for our food and had to ask a worker about ice and that’s when we were informed. All the drinks were warm and made me regret wasting $3 per drink. The staff didn’t even seem to care and barely offered an apology. I will not return to this location as I can see from previous reviews this has been an issue for a while.

Workers were very polite and patient when I asked about the awful smell, it literally smelled like a public restroom when I walked in. I was hungry but honestly should’ve left l. Wheat bread wasnt fresh at all, tomato looked gross and mushy. I accept full responsibility for standing there instead of just leaving. I could tell when she sat the bread on the counter it wasnt fresh. This location is just very different than my other jersey Mike experiences. It seems smaller than other locations, so im trying to wrap my mind around why it seemed so much “less clean” than other locations smh.

Absolute joke
Took way too long for having five people working I believe. They claimed their ice machine was broken but the drinks were still cold. Not only was that not true but every variety of drinks were hot and flat. If you’re going to charge outrageous prices for drinks not included in a “combo” at least try and make it cold and carbonated. That’s bare minimum

I just want to shout out the team at Jersey Mike’s! We came in right before closing, and they still welcomed us with great customer service and made our sandwiches without rushing or attitude. You could tell they really cared about the customer experience. Thank you for being so kind and professional — it didn’t go unnoticed! Confused why it takes over 30 minutes to make a regular sub sandwich. Ordered curbside carry out using the app. Order was supposed to be ready 12:28pm. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in the store to learn they haven’t even started working on my order. Rep said it’d be ready in 5 minutes, which it was not. Went back to my car since nobody in the store believes in wearing masks and COVID is very real. Returned in store and waited 15 minutes to be told my order had been ready and asked would I like them to remake it. At that point I only wanted my money back. Too bad I allowed them to waste my time and left empty handed. Why have an app if you disregard making those orders. I guess they only service walk-ins. I liked Jersey Mikes. Just moved here, but I doubt I’ll ever be back.
