Absolutely awesome! Best subs on the planet. Superb service, they really prepared before they opened up and it shows. We’ve been waiting for a while for this location to open! My favorite is the #13 The Original Italian, my wife loves the #44 The Buffalo Chicken and my daughter loves…and I mean loves…#8 The Club Sub. We all get them Mike’s Way. I highly recommend trying them out. Tell them Big Joe sent ya!

Cleanest Jersey Mike’s, but also maybe the cleanest sandwich shop in all of the greater Houston area. It’s Jersey Mike’s, so the staff is polite and pretty jovial.

Today was my first time at Jersey Mike’s in Willis. It was delicious! Abraham I think was his name helped me out to choose a good sandwich since it was my first time and he didn’t disappoint, the sandwich was amazing and he even gave me chips and a drink! His coworkers seems nice too and I am sure this establishment will be here for a loooong time! Good job man! And God bless you all!

They were busy when we came in tonight with a large order, so I gave my order and sat down.
I was asked twice what bread I wanted, I said the same response twice, 1 white and 2 rosemary parms.
Hot subs are made in the back, but every other time we order from them, I am always asked what I want on them on the main counter.
This time I wasn’t asked, they slapped them together and bagged them up.
Got them home and my bread was wrong,I wanted pickles on the other 2 and the ONLY cold sub I ordered I asked for EXTRA pickles, this guy put 4 on the entire sub. ( 4 pickles on a giant sized sub?! Come on.) It isn’t hard to listen or ask questions. It wasn’t a hard order to make and yet it was evidently. The younger girl, I think she’s a manager, was rude and snarky. Terrible customer service, yall should get her some classes on how to talk to customers when they are frustrated.

This is my favorite place to eat a Jersey Mike’s. All the employees are very friendly and have a good attitude and make the sandwich the way you want it. All the bread and everything is very fresh.

So tired of businesses charging ridiculous prices for extra vegetables… $2.49 extra really?!?! $17 for a regular sandwich and drink! I know I could just do without but why would I settle with a sandwich that I couldn’t have my own way! Love Jersey Mike’s except for this! This is why I don’t eat here that often

The best Jersey Mike’s experience in many years. This location has an excellent manager and staff. We watched them clear a rush and reset and clean everything within 5 minutes. And the sandwiches were made perfectly, not drowning in condiments.

Made my sub wrong the first time and 2 people asked to confirm if I wanted a bowl when I never mentioned the word bowl. Second time didn’t even ask me what I wanted to put in my sub. Like come on.. They just made it and handed it to me. Didn’t like the taste. Very annoyed.
