It was my first time eating at this restaurant and after my 3 day fasting, hubby wanted to treat me to something new and possibly healthier. So, he brought me here! I ordered the #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub and he got the #13 Original Sub, 2 bags of chips and get this…. Watermelon Tea!!!!!! I have never had Watermelon Tea… ever and I love it!!! Oh and I love the sandwich. Restrooms were clean and well-stocked with the necessities and roomy. The employees were nice and attentive, the man was very soft spoken but we he got the order right and done under 4 mins of us being in the restaurant. I will definitely be doing that again soon!

On Saturday, July 15 we went into Jersey Mike’s on Kirby, it took 10 minutes to order our food because nobody waited on us, there was one couple in there and that was it. We ordered our food and waited over 20 minutes for it, we were starting to get restless when I noticed a sandwich come through The window from the kitchen I had ordered a hot sandwich. The guy took it and set it on the counter, opened up The sandwich started digging through it with his hands through all the ingredients on the sandwich to see what was on it, and then started putting the sandwich back together, Immediately I jumped up and asked for my money back, They wanted to know why and I told him we’ve been here over 30 minutes waiting for two sandwiches. There is nobody in the store, and you just opened up a sandwich and fingered through it and touched every ingredient and put the sandwich back together and wrapped it up, it was a horrible filthy experience, the customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life other jersey. Mike’s locations are great, fast, efficient, this location I don’t know what’s wrong with the people that work there but there are definitely major issues, I personally will never spend another dime in that location,

Its a good sub place. The veggie sub was SO delicious and filling. The veggies and cheese were so fresh. I would not recommend to take the sub as a bowl, the quantity is way too less. We also had the meatless mushroom sub, although it tasted good, when I opened the wrapper the bread was falling apart ( as seen in the picture). I also think the subs are a bit too pricey for the quantities.

Incredibly poor service at this location. I was on a short break from work on a Wednesday. With no one in line, the employee (chubby man with a beard) taking orders and working the meat slicer ignored me for about 5 minutes. Then when I asked him if he was going to take my order, he mockingly stared and shrugged. Don’t bother coming here. Go to Brown Bag Deli around the corner for a better sandwich and a better customer experience.

I am originally from PA. We had a sub shop back home called Coes. They had the BEST subs I’ve ever had ( then one day ,they closed). They called them ” submarines” , because they were so long and full of meat. I moved to Houston in 1984 , until today , I had to settle for Subway. Jersey Mike’s has spoiled me because #13 taste just like Coes sub back home !!!! You guys have the best subs I’ve had in over 40 years !!! I will forever be a customer !!! I give you 100% !!!!
