My favorite JM is on Garth in Baytown. The staff is super friendly and helpful . The food is always on point. Met the district manager today, Anthony. What a sweetheart and very helpful. I was extremely excited when JM came to Baytown. Saved me a trip twice a week to LA Porte. My absolute favorite store.

This location has struggled for years with mobile orders taking longer than expected. You can usually add at least 15 minutes (sometimes 30+) to the pickup time given to you at checkout. There are always several people waiting on orders.
I was here the other night and nothing has changed. I ordered ahead of time and of course had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I ordered multiple sandwiches and didn’t realize until I got home that one of the sandwiches was someone else’s. So not only are you waiting, you may not even get the right order.

Went to get a sandwich they took my order. The employee that was making the sandwiches was very very slow. While still standing in line was able to go use the bathroom come back he was still on the same sandwich sat down in a chair while still waiting in line and then when he was done with the sandwich just walks to the back and left the other customers up front even the other customers were surprised that he just left. Been to this one before I don’t know what was going on but please check your customer service It was horrific last night. Got tired of waiting for almost 20 minutes. Got up and left and went to Chipotle. Will not be coming back here. Wish I could give zero stars!

It was my first time eating at this restaurant and after my 3 day fasting, hubby wanted to treat me to something new and possibly healthier. So, he brought me here! I ordered the #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub and he got the #13 Original Sub, 2 bags of chips and get this…. Watermelon Tea!!!!!! I have never had Watermelon Tea… ever and I love it!!! Oh and I love the sandwich. Restrooms were clean and well-stocked with the necessities and roomy. The employees were nice and attentive, the man was very soft spoken but we he got the order right and done under 4 mins of us being in the restaurant. I will definitely be doing that again soon!

Wheww !! Y’all that chipotle Philly cheesesteak is sooo good. It’s a must try. From the chipotle mayo to the warm meat and cheese!!! A hit every time. The store is not always as clean as it should be but overall a decent store. The subs are pretty pricey, so I don’t see myself visiting as often as I would like.

This location sucks. They always seem to be out of something, it was pickles today, which I honestly find hard to believe. Sounds like nobody was willing to get another jar of pickles from the back. I stood in the store for a good 6 minutes while multiple employees stared me in the face but refused to acknowledge me. A heap of burnt bacon sitting in the front counter, they literally don’t do anything right at this location. I’ll stick to the Bellaire location even though it’s not convenient. The employees here lack execution and competence to say the least.

Ordered via post mates to take to my wife in the nearby hospital. Not only were these folks spot on with the order, they were 20 minutes ahead of every single post mates notification. Fast. Super fast. And I was greeted the moment I walked into the door as if I were a regular.

Its a good sub place. The veggie sub was SO delicious and filling. The veggies and cheese were so fresh. I would not recommend to take the sub as a bowl, the quantity is way too less. We also had the meatless mushroom sub, although it tasted good, when I opened the wrapper the bread was falling apart ( as seen in the picture). I also think the subs are a bit too pricey for the quantities.
