Coming from Nj this is the closest thing I have food wise here in Killeen. They’re consistent and the food is fresh. Super happy they’re not too far from base either. They might get more online orders than in person so there might be a bit of a wait at times. Staff is friendly too.

As soon as a customer walks into your establishment, the customer experience begins. Lashira! My recommended EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Employee of the Month!! Lashira has consistently exemplified a proactive service approach, accommodating my order request(s) with a friendly smile, literally making my visit(s) truly an inviting experience! Every visit I ask “Is the bread soft ” let’s face it Jersey Mike’s, the reputation of your bread (only referencing visits I’ve experienced across locations) is that occasionally it was as hard as that little baguette from Panera (slight exaggeration but you get the point) resorting in having to replaced the sub bread for my liking. Perhaps some customers prefer theirs like that but I’m just an exception. However, in my opinion, the bread makes the sub! Lashira is ALWAYS so kind and checks it for me, making my experience that more pleasurable and for that I’m Thankful! Please share this service compliment of appreciation with her! Overall, Thank you Jersey Mike’s for your continued dedicated service to our military community!!

I ordered 2 sandwhiches, waited over 20 mins brought my sandwiches home just to find one of them to be completely gross and burnt inside. It’s disgusting and inedible. I also was not given a receipt so that I can call or reference my order or anything!
I called, ended up speaking with the manager who tried to claim “she’s not sure how it took long or is burnt because the sandwhiches have been made pretty fast” I repeated that it took over 20 mins and I had to bring one of my kids in to use the bathroom even and now I’m home and her only solution was to come bring it back to have another remade. Yeah. No. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Typically only order from this location, and ordered in a hurry before my lunch break, so I didn’t see that I ordered to the wrong location. I showed up here and double checked my email and it showed I ordered to a store I’ve never been to before. I was so sad and the employees were confused, too, naturally. Well, vianney was beyond amazing. They called the other store to inform them to cancel my order for there and they would make it for me here. I have been in the thick of life and this kindness spoke volumes. In a world so cold, jersey Mikes is coming in CLUTCH with the values and customer service. So, from a frazzled, burnt out mother with a full time job whose husband is deployed, THANK YOU.

I don’t write reviews often, but I can’t say enough good things about this location! I’ve been here several times, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and spot-on with my order. But today, they went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They asked how I was doing, and their upbeat energy truly turned my supremely awful day around.
