Huge fan of the chain; however, ordered a new Chipotle pastrami, named called, and later found out it was a cheese steak.
Every time I come here the workers look so unorganized and confused. The last time I was here I saw another customer checking his order and bringing it back because it was wrong. This should’ve been my first sign, definitely recommend checking your order before walking out. Food still fire, just check your stuff. Lol

I had a delivery order and asked if they could put the oil and vinegar on the side, the guy on the phone said he would. Also I spent $30 for delivery and ordered extra meat and cheese. That wasn’t on the sandwich and no bacon whatsoever on a #9????? Thank you Jersey Mikes and the inadequate employees that can’t follow through with their word and can’t even make a sandwich with standard proteins on it the right way. I will tell all my friends and family don’t ever waste their time on this location.

one of the most needlessly hateful employees I have ever encountered in my entire life. rude enough to leave a review on a Wednesday evening. as a deliver driver picking up an order here, I was willing to wait for a delayed order which need to be remade due to someone picking up the order (which this employee carelessly gave away without checking credentials which I didn’t even mention), and for seemingly no reason at all, he looked me up and down and stated “this isn’t an order for one of your little friends okay, just call your delivery service and tell them what happened, I’m not gonna make this sandwich.” condescending for genuinely no reason at all, and shouting at my in front of customers and other employees. embarrassing for a middle aged man to do to a woman.

I’m a new customer to Jersey Mike’s. This is my fourth time going to this chain. And I absolutely love the food. Unfortunately, the trophy club location might’ve been my worst experience. Terrible parking And not only that I go in and order chicken bacon ranch to go. When I got home. The bread was stale , They burnt the bacon and overcooked the chicken. They wrapped it to go for me in the worst possible way when I opened it the bread was Folded literally long ways and the vegetables completely everywhere. I recommend not going to the trophy club location. Take your time go to the Golden triangle or North Tarrant location never had a problem with them. First time going to this chain, I ordered the club delicious last two times chicken bacon ranch delicious so I know how it’s cooked. Trophy club location Completely butchered and burnt my sandwich.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I can honestly say the sandwich is pretty good they don’t have a lot of options like subway but the sandwiches was good now the customer service on the other hand could be a lot better while the man was taking my order he is rubbing his gloved hands all over the counter to dust crumbs off which I asked him to change his gloves and he did with no problems I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and they did not listen at all I even told them that this was my first time eating here they really weren’t that helpful at all so my experience here was not great but overall it was ok

The staff at this location were more interested in talking with each other than servicing the customer. I just received a sandwich with about half the normal meat cheese. It was real apparent they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing And didn’t care.
