I love this place and I order three times a week. When I do I pick up order they ask me for my name. Then they say ask what my full name. When I come in my profession work attire they just ask my first name and give me my order. I know I’m not tripping because the same shift manager or etc. trying to grill me on an order I placed and I had to show my order on the app. An the young lady stated they gave my order to some guy who walked in before me and just said his first name. If this didn’t happen over 15 times I would just shake it off as I’m tripping. But I literally, walked in with work attire that morning no problem and after a workout in workout clothes it become a problem. That night they gave my order to someone else. How you give someone my order if you ask them for the full name. It won’t happen because they wouldn’t know because they won’t know my last name. Either you have the same protocol for everyone or just don’t as for anyone name just order number. That same manager kid with the curly hair didn’t apologize or anything. This has to stop don’t ruin on good place because of your inefficiencies with your staff.

Walked in to get lunch with my Dad and was greeted by the friendliest staff. The store was clean, the staff was cheerful, and the sandwiches were delicious. The refreshing atmosphere and customer service alone makes me want to come back and is worth the cost.

Went in today with my mom and wife. Kaelynn, Cam, and Neveah were working there. They were very nice and approachable to us. My wife highly recommends having Cam make your sandwich because he always is great with his seasoning ratios. I highly recommend dining at this location

I usually have a great experience here but none of the usual employees I used to see work there anymore. Seemed like everyone was rushing and wanted to go home and the girl who gave me my food was kind of dismissive when giving me my stuff. I ordered my giant sub with no tomaand its completely full of tomatoes. Also the portion size of the meats are so small now and I don’t know. I would call to get a refund but I dont have the time to travel back to the store for it. I really hope i dont have an experience like this again .

First and last time I ever eat at this place ever in my life. I asked about ingredients and if the the mayonnaise was made in House, and if it had seed oil in! I then ask for an ingredient list and they told me they were not supposed to show me the ingredient list which is actually federal law. That’s why there’s a label of ingredients on everything you see in a supermarket.!!! never again!!!

Been trying to get “extra meat” on my sandwiches for about 3 years and it never happens. Don’t know how I’m so stupid as to think they’ll get it right one day. If you order extra meat from this location you might as well unroll it at the store before you leave and get them to add it there cause it will NOT be included. I pay extra for it and it says it very clearly on the receipt, yet my wife’s regular turkey sandwich (without extra meat) has twice the meat of mine EVERY SINGLE TIME. Good luck, order here at your own risk of paying extra for no reason

I went inside for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. The three women working around 2:20pm were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. I’m currently pregnant, and they were so kind and accommodating with my requests regarding deli meat. I usually don’t enjoy going inside places, but the atmosphere they created made me feel so comfortable and cared for. From now on, I’ll definitely choose to go inside whenever I visit. These ladies truly made my day!

Ordered online, as many did. I arrived just before scheduled pickup time, checked in, then watched as everyone after me got their orders. 15 minutes later they realized they forgot mine and quickly got it done. However the manager was dismissive and offered nothing to make up for my wasted 20 minutes.

I ordered a bowl and paid 14$ for this, and it’s unbelievable how sad this is!!!! I’m beyond pissed, I’ve gone to yall for Sandwiches and been happy with them, and decided to try a bowl, and this is what I get! This is the saddest bowl and the biggest rip off, I could have take my money and my time elsewhere and gotten more!!!!
