I’ve visited that location plenty of times without any issues. Food, service and quality has always been good.
However stopped in to grab an Italian (one of my favorites) and the first thing I notice the cheese was cut so thin I could see the bread on the other side, I mention it to the guy behind the counter, I said dang those are thin. No big deal. Well the meat was no different so thin I could see the cheese hahaha not exaggerating. I mention it again he looked at me and kept on cutting. Hahaha.
Didn’t care.
At that point I said let me pay for my chips and go down the street to support the local sub shop.
He charged me and walked away.
I get it yall are a business but the amount of money things are going for now days it has to be worth the value. And that was definitely not.
I understand most people want more. I just wanted the sandwich to equal the cost and not have it be paper thin.

Saturday crew (1/10/26) were great. Busy with in store and online orders but they handled it very well. Appreciated their polite “yes ma’am/sir” & the guy that called me ‘miss’.

HORRIBLE customer service. ARGUMETIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. This was the worst online pick up I’ve ever experienced. The lady worker with all the tattoos up her arms was extremely rude and was making rude comments, when I just was trying to pick up my order. When I asked her name she refused and when I asked who was the manager she continued to be disrespectful. A lady who said she was the store manger ADELL started to make comments to her horrible worker like don’t let one bad person ruin your day. The worker continued to make rude comments and be confortational. Not once did this supposed store manager ADELL ask her employee to stop being unprofessional or condescending. I recommend not going to this location.

This was the first time I’ve ever visited Jersey Mike’s Subs and I must say it was really, really good. I had one of the hot subs and it was excellent. Seeing them slice the cheese and meats right in front of you is very unique and fun. Like ordering ham, turkey or cheeses from the meat department and seeing them use the big slicer. The employees were not enthusiastic but were professional and nice. I can’t say that I blame them however as the day we visited it was Christmas Eve. I’m sure they wanted to finish, close up and go home to their families. The inside was clean and well maintained. They’re fountain drink selection offers Pepsi products, but also Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper as well. They do have 20 oz drinks for sale too. They have 3 main sizes of sandwich: Mini, Regular and Giant sized. The regular is 7 inches and the giant is a whopping 15 inches. If you get regular size then the prices is fairly normal for what you’d get Subway or somewhere comparable. If you go for the giant size however you’ll find yourself easily starting in the $12 range. So bring your appetite but don’t forget your wallet either. The service was quick and hot sub was piping hot and delicious. I will say however the bread choices here consist of white or wheat and if you have a lot of delicious toppings it doesn’t matter. However my brother was with me and he ordered a very simple ham and cheese on white. Nothing else. Yes he’s odd, however since the bread is fairly plain it made his sandwich a bit bready. Unlike Subway who has many different flavored breads to cover up the breadiness, this was just plain bread. For most no issue at all, just order a delicious flavor packed sandwich with tons of toppings and dressings, but for those few who like it plain, you may prefer Subway. So beyond that this place was amazing and if you like flavor packed subs with tons of toppings then Jersey Mike’s Subs will not disappoint you in anyway.

The staff at this location is amazing! They are all super friendly, even in the middle of an obviously stressful rush! We came at lunch time so we figured it would be a bit longer than usual but the staff was super accommodating and apologetic for the wait times! Enrique especially was fantastic! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice sammich. Thanks friends!

I love Jersey Mike’s however this location doesn’t seem as clean as others. Tables are dirty over the lunch hour and the sandwiches are inconsistent, but they are still good. They do make a fresh sandwich so I’ll still eat here time to time.

I didn’t receive my sandwich that I ordered through Jersey Mike’s app. When I called this store I was told that I had to deal with Door Dash to try and get my money back. Door Dash blocked my number when I sent them information showing I didn’t get my food plus I added tip $$. DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY OPTION AT THIS STORE. They do not care if you do not get your food nor a refund!
Also, I did file a complaint through customer service and no one contacted nor responded to my email. Very bad customer service!
