Things have really gone south at Jersey Mikes. My husband brought home a regular turkey sub for us to share. There was so little meat on the sandwich, the bread to topping ratio must have been 2:1. I commented on this and my husband said they put 3 paper thin slices on the whole sandwich. There were bites where I didn’t even get any meat. For $10+ for a regular, JM has gone from one of the best sub shops to one I will not be frequenting. The private equity meat potions left me feeling like Oliver Twist….”Please sir, can I have some more?”

Stopped in last night for a sandwich, it was pretty busy, the 2 people behind the counter were working through it great. I hadn’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in forever, but Bri (I think) walked me through the options and was patient with me. Great customer service, I got the Italian, I liked how the place was clean, even though it was just them there. I’ll be back for sure when I’m in Southlake. Thanks y’all for the wonderful experience.

Not welcoming. Bad English. I asked her light on the liquids and she immediately puts 4 big pours onto my mini sandwich. The Italian taste entirely like vinegar and nothing else. Will never be back.

I usually love this place. I moved back from Colorado after 2 years and I guess quality control has gone out the door. The bottom of the bread had so much cornmeal on it that it was like eating sand.

No one speaks English there anymore. Hard to understand. DEFINITELY don’t go if you need gluten free, no one is educated on it… I used to go all the time and the last three times, they have so many new people and just don’t train or educate anymore.
So frustrated. Just left and didn’t get anything. Not to mention that you don’t even get greeted when you enter… instead you get an attitude. Jersey mikes has definitely depreciated.

I walked in and receive an extremely warm greeting followed by a question of my day. Jordan, Jayden and Sam made my sandwiches EXACTLY to my liking. They were EXTREMELY funny and friendly. By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a fast food chain. Thanks guys!! I’ll be back!

Our family of 7 stopped in here for lunch. All orders done with smiles and genuine care for their customers! Two of us eat gluten free. They have gluten free bread and prepare on a separate surface! Hope this review helps you! Give us a thumbs up!

Great fresh tasting quality sandwiches, however they are a little pricy $$$ and the number of customizable options in comparison to subway is minimal.

Today on September 10, 2017 at 8:49 PM, I called this Jersey Mike’s location and told them I was 5-6 minutes away and was wanting to make sure they would still be open because I knew they closed at 9:00 PM. I spoke to a lady who I asked if I got there at 8:55 if I would still be able to get a sandwich. She replied by asking me if I was wanting a hot or cold sandwich, then also said it would also depend on if the meat slicer had been cleaned or not. She said their computer system would not allow them to place any type of order one it became 9:00 PM. She said they don’t take any phone orders after 8:30 PM in case people don’t make it in on time..all this being said..I told her okay that’s fine I’m right down the street so I’ll take my luck, thanked her and continued driving. I pulled up to the store at exactly 8:55 PM to find their lights out and two workers in the back cleaning up with a small light on. I went up to the door and stood there knocking and calling as I watched them ignoring me. After a minute I returned to my car and they turned off all of the lights. Once I drove away and got back on the main road, I saw them turn the light back on to continue cleaning up. Keep in mind it’s still before 9:00 PM. I hope the owner of this location sees this and takes action against the female who answered the phone and led me to believe I still had time to get there and be served. This is ridiculous. I will be writing to the CEO of Jersey Mike’s and making sure my experience with this location is shared all over. Horrible customer service from a lazy employee and someone who does not deserve to be running any type of establishment.

I have been coming here for years. Never had an issue until recently. I don’t know if its new managers or new employees but I have had two bad experiences in a row. First one, was I placed a online order. Expected it to be ready when I got there. I even gave it an extra five min past the expected time of completion. When I arrived, they looked at me very confused. It took them way too long to just remake the sandwich. They were looking at the ticket, looking for it multiple times like it was gonna magically show up. They finally remade it. Fine, no big deal. Then a couple days ago I walked in, and ordered a Philly. The employee looked at me and then look at his employees and giggled. I felt like I was the butt of a joke. Maybe they saw me walking up to the door and bet what I would order. Who knows. It just felt really unprofessional. I watched the sandwich get made. First off, the spatulas are stored and on top of the cleaning tool. Then, the flat top wasn’t cleaned off from previous cooks. I could tell this because I saw it and then I tasted it as every bite had old burnt pieces in it. I spit out the food, threw it away and walked out. I am super disappointed in this location right now. I will not return after back to back issues. I hope ownership can address issues like this.
