Most restaurants before closing don’t get this right! But they nailed it! Walked in about 843 before closing, placed the order for the big kahuna sandwich and everybody was doing their closing tasks, but they didn’t seem to be in a rush. My order came out fresh correct and everybody in the staff was extra nice without showing any expressions that were closing. Hurry up and get out of here. this is a loss Art and the restaurant business considering most people are not conscious of great customer service but this team did well today! Thanks team Mansfield!

Be cautious when placing online orders at this location. I placed an online ordered and arrived about 5 mins early before the “ready” time. The young lady rudely told me “we still working on that” I told her that was fine, I knew I was a little early. Once I got home and opened my sandwich I was shocked at the way my sandwich was prepared. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak and I was given MESSY SLOP. The entire sandwich was soaked in Ranch, the bread was soggy. I had to move the sandwich onto a plate because the paper was soaked and ripped, ultimately I had to throw the sandwich away as it wasn’t edible. I spent $15 for a meal that I couldn’t enjoy and ended up throwing it in the trash. They also gave me the wrong chips. Overall, be careful and check your orders before you leave!!

I’ve been here several times and pleased every time. The subs are good as are the chips. The cookie, not so much only because I think Subway chocolate chip cookies in my memory are the best and others don’t compare in my opinion.

Worst place to get a sub. All the workers there seemed cluless. Lady at the slicer seemed rude. The sandwich was terrible. Crappy bread. Garbage food. Too expensive for the crappy quality. This could by far be the worse sandwich shop in Mansfield because it is a disgrace to the jersey mikes name.

My first time ever visiting jersey mikes heard great things about them … I’m closer to this location decided to go today for lunch MARIA the cashier and RANDY THE MANAGER treated me terrible all because I asked did they weight their meat due to another person taking some meat off my sandwich… Maria wasn’t even the one fixing my sandwich she looks bad and says well duh we weigh the meat if you don’t like it we don’t have to serve you … I asked for the manager Randy came out so she said her name was And basically didn’t apologize didn’t ask what was wrong anything said she is the owner of the store but I will be posting how rude I was treated today by these 2 unprofessional people I hate I spent my money here

I came in about 20 minutes before closing time and you could tell the staff wasn’t happy about it. Another family came in behind me so they were on edge. I told the staff what I wanted and he wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying. The only thing he got correct was the bread. Even the meat was wrong!! Of course I couldn’t call about it when I got home because they were closed. But I did take pictures!

Hubby and I were out picking up Christmas presents and dealing with all that comes with crowds. We were headed home and decided to get a quick bite to eat. Looked up and there was Jersey Mike’s. It fit the bill. Quick and EZ. Fantastic customer service especially from Oscar. When I asked him his favorite sub he recommended the The Philly Cheesesteak. For a fast food place it was surprisingly good. Lots of meat and cheese. Hey Oscar, you were right. Pretty dang good. Thanks for the recommendation and thanks for great customer service.

Arrived at 5:50pm on a Tuesday to find no manager on duty and the store without any white bread, their only options were wheat or rosemary bread. Apparently they need a manager on duty because they would not have any white bread for approximately 30 minutes. Management needs to train these kids to start baking bread before they are completely out. We just walked out and didn’t place an order.

Ordered the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone Cold Sub and the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak Hot Sub. Nothing special, just sandwiches. Workers were professional and they had a clean work space.
