They have an app that says skip the line use the app. I placed my order and came in 5 minutes after. The bag was there but the order had not been started. I was then asked to wait as new customers came in and ordered while mine sat unattended. I asked for a refund. The cashier took longer to refund than it would have taken to make the sandwich, and making comments that were not needed. I could have come in and ordered in person and not waste my time on the app.

JM is my FAV!!!! This past week I had my order delivered, not so much bacon. I sent a review. The store manager contacted me the next day, to apologize and offer me a free replacement!
Well, I picked that baby up today… SO YUMMY!!!!

We literally waited by the check out for 10
Minutes before someone asked us if we were picking up or ordering then we said we were ordering and they said ok and went on there way then 15 more minutes of us standing there I. Finally said “hey we still are waiting to order “ and very rudely she said “ oh you got to go down there we don’t take orders right here “ then we went to the other side to order and they still took 5 minutes to come . Then before our order was done to pay she said “excuse me “ it’s 28.66 as we are sitting down . We did not know who she was even speaking to until I asked “is that for us” DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Worst staff every I come here all the time and never experienced this kind of customer service

I came in tonight to order a sandwich and was greeted by a very nice young lady. I was having trouble deciding what to get and she offered recommendations of some of her favorites. She greeted me with a sweet smile and a positive attitude. She had also asked how my night had been. This made the atmosphere feel very welcoming. I believe the young ladies name was Natalie or Nat. I am very pleased with the service I got today. I would recommend coming here.

I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, but this experience honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered an Italian sub and asked for extra mayo and extra banana peppers. When I went to pick it up, two young girls behind the counter were clearly trying not to laugh. One of them said, “We made sure to add extra mayo and banana peppers for you,” while cracking up. It made me uncomfortable, but I just said thank you and left.
When I got home and opened my order, I realized why they were laughing. My sandwich was completely drowned in mayo and banana peppers to the point that I pulled out a whole pile of it just from half the sub. It was obvious they did it to be funny, not because they were following my request.
I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but this was really immature and disrespectful. I hope management sees this and reminds the staff that customers shouldn’t be mocked for how they like their food.

5 years ago with a grievance, I called the Corporate HQ in New Jersey to express my disappointment in the staff of this store. Within 24 hours I received a call from the Store Mgr, Cindy who apologize + promised a free sandwich the next time I came in… this past Saturday (5 yrs later) I went + collected that sandwich the… staff honored that promise. I will be sending a letter of praise To the Corporate Office in New Jersey. Because this store under Cindy’s Management represents the brand + it’s Owners in a positive way.
Good food, great staff, and a job well done… they still need to add garlic as a condiments options

I only order online through their app. Half the time, they have my order ready by the promised time. Today, i waited while they serviced 10 people in line past my promised time. I watched people put in their orders and getting their food before me. Most of my lunch break was spent watching them work. What is the point of online ordering then?
The ONLY reason i go to this location is because it’s the only one near me. Probably not going back for awhile…very disappointed.

I come here sometimes because it’s one of my closest ones. The tall black lady needs to learn some manners and customer service. I ordered a sandwich. Mind you, I paid almost $20 for it. I got it and it wasn’t the way I wanted it. I came back today to get it again since they said they would redo my sandwich. A guy did it the first time and he was actually cool, the woman however had a whole attitude like “check your sandwich cause I ain’t doing it again”. Let me remind you, people would complain less if you did the sandwiches RIGHT!! Normally I do check my sandwiches but that still doesn’t mean you screw around and not expect consequences. Also, I had my instructions in ALL CAPS!! You think they’d be able to read ALL CAPS but clearly they don’t. Have them remember people pay money and hope to have good customer service or else they’d be one no one will come back to.

A little late on giving this review but yesterday I tried going to firehouse but they didn’t accept a $50 bill super weird. However, I just took my family to Jersey Mikes over in Hurst and they kept their promise and made it a great experience!
